I've been to Starbucks before and I don't like their coffee it's overpriced and it just doesn't taste good I think it's a designed around the millennial generation and it just doesn't appeal to me. For others is the best place to get a cup of coffee but you have to know the menu in order to order the coffee that you want and you have to ask the way Starbucks has their menu setup. Don't get me wrong they probably have a great lineup or a great menu for those that understand what they're trying to do, I mean it's just a cup of coffee right and even with just a cup of coffee there's not one Starbucks that is consistent with the water that they use to make that cup of coffee every region every area every state every city has their own ecosystem of water and how they produce it, my professional opinion for coffee is make it home with the water that you buy that you know has been tested and is safe to drink, think about that I mean the chemicals they use in the earth in yards personal lawns, in fields that produce food and in Condominiums apartment complexes individual houses all that chemical goes in their water system and you did they use chemicals to purify it, so when you think about it every demographic area uses different chemicals and people that live in communities have so many different methodical approaches to maintain a good looking lawn, shrubs,weed control and so on and even if they have a filering system they use it must be filtered atleast Three (3) times minimum to be able to drink the water, make ice, cook with and yet this generation only cares about what they want but the next generation are always dealing with what the last 1-2 generation (s) leave behind, you see it is all about the money they make not what they are doing to get that money just the convience of making as much as they can and then and only then when or if their children grow up they are always having to deal with what past generations have left behind or they suffer from the chemicals the past generations did to make that money they made or the company(s) even developed communities and/or businesses either shut down maybe even close because of the contaminated/contaminations that were left behind has/have been allowed all for the sake of monies, money made from generations that now they are having to deal with, to sum this up make your coffee at home and use the best filtering system they have okay, good luck in your new future, begin now and maybe you can help with the next generations you bring into this world,,,,,...
Read moreLast night 12/17/2016, the shift person who was closing down all of the registers, closed the store early and was blatantly rude. She has dark brown curly hair and glasses. Customers drove up to the drive through and she ignored them.Then when they drove up to the window, she ran to get the cash draw as the person was sitting there looking at her, and then went to thr back with it. The store closes at 11pm. This was all happening around 10:55pm. Would it have hurt to go 5 more minutes? Then the person drove around ad tried to go in and she had locked the door, again before 11, looks at the person in their face and wags her finger to indicate no and then ignores them as they're asking if the store is closed. What a more show of customer service. It's just coffee so it shouldn't be that big if a deal but when if this worker is comfortable doing this, that is an indication that she's done it to others and disrespected others. Read moreI was rushing this morning and put my order in way ahead of time. I called the store and talked to a young lady (I can’t remember her name) and she was very kind and helpful. I asked if I could cancel the order because I was too far away and my stuff would be sitting for too long. She told me that they would get me taken care of. 15 mins later, I finally get to this Starbucks and my drink looked like it was just made and the young lady I talked to on the phone handed me my food and told me that she reheated my food. Excellence service done by this young lady and her team. Most people wouldn’t care and I really appreciate someone going the extra mile to make sure something is right.
