The food and drinks are delicious, but it is pricey. Normally I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but they also push you to tip before you can pay in the drive through. And the percentages are high. I wish it was like Starbucks where you can just tip an added $1 or $2 or $3 from the tablet rather than percentages of really expensive stuff. This issue compounds further when you look at how often they make mistakes. Last time I was through they didn’t include the cream cheese on the two bagel sandwiches, and since I was in the car I asked specifically for a fork to eat my cinnamon roll with. They didn’t include one after assuring me they would. This was a $53 order that they pushed me to tip 8 DOLLARS in the drive through! Crazy. They also sometimes forget syrup in lattes. It’s good but these issues make it hard to strongly recommend them. I’d give 3.5 stars but since I can’t I’ll be generous...

Lately, I had been more and more disappointed with Starbucks. I decided to only go to places that are perfect. I buy Kaldi's coffee but had never thought of them as a place to go to get a treat. I'm ready to reward businesses when they get it right and stop completely when they...
Read moreI recently ordered two coffees through the drive-thru, and I was very disappointed with the experience. Both drinks were noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other locations—especially the iced latte, which looked more like a kids’ meal drink. It was filled with ice and cost me $7 on its own. The cappuccino also tasted overly bitter. I ended up spending $14 for two drinks that were smaller than my fist. This is not the quality I expect, and I strongly suggest reviewing your portion sizes and consistency, especially compared to other...
