We pull up to the 2nd window to get our food. The man (whom we found out later was the manager) didn’t speak at all. Handed me everything rudely and walked away. Okay cool I hope he has a better day, and I go on about mine. We get down the road to hear our daughter say “oh no. Yuck!” We ask her what’s wrong and she said it’s not only ketchup as she is lifting the bun and has her hands all over this sandwich. My husband then takes the sandwich and proceeds to open it, try to take some stuff off - so his hands too were also all over the burger. The inside of the burger. Meat, cheese, onions, buns all touched by my kid and husband. We were thinking about going to a different one so my husband put it up to his mouth to take a bite and I stopped him. Told him it would just be faster to go back. He goes in with this burger, no one says anything. The manager sees him and it’s still another 3 minutes before he acknowledges or addresses my husband standing there. When he does (this is the point he learns it’s the man that was at the 2nd window is the manager) my husband proceeds to tell him that we were given the wrong burger. It was supposed to be ketchup only. This MANAGER took the sandwich that has now had 2 people’s hands and a strangers breath all over it inside and out.. from my husband, put it back in the food warmer, where he proceeds to pull the correct sandwich saying he gave the wrong one. Didn’t apologize either but that’s not even the issue. The amount of issues that came with that interaction starting from not being friendly and ending in legit health department code violations is extremely concerning and BY A MANAGER at that! If it was a crew member that did it, ok maybe they didn’t know they cannot do that … but a manger literally takes classes and passes safety regulations before they’re certified to be a manager. He absolutely knew better and violated health department codes anyways. I feel sick for whoever ended up with that burger 2 strangers to them had their hands all over and that damn near made contact with my husbands mouth. We had just left a public pool too, so it’s not even like it was fresh clean hands all over it. Absolutely disgusting. Will never be back and I’ll be telling every person I possibly can about this unacceptable and nasty actions the manger chose. Do better....

Read morePros: Great food. Currently the third best McDonald's I have ever eaten at in Missouri, and fourth best in the USA.
Cons: One of the items I ordered was cold (but still tasty). Store TV is permanently set to Fox News.
If you don't care about propaganda, this is a great McDonald's to eat at. If you do, avoid it like the plague.
I came in for 3 sausage burritos with hot picante sauce and 3 hashbrowns. One of the three burritos was cold. The other two were warm but not hot. The hashbrowns were all hot and fresh. All of the food tasted great, including the cold burrito.
As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed that the only TV in the store was set to Fox News. I asked the cashier if they could change the channel. He said that they couldn't. I then asked the manager if she could change the channel, and she said that they didn't have the remote. I asked how they were able to turn the TV on and off if they didn't have a remote, and she claimed that the TV was set to only one channel and was set to automatically turn on and off.
The manager did not make eye contact with me and spoke to me with a dismissive tone. The cashier made eye contact with whoever was speaking at the time.
I then asked who owned this McDonald's and they gave me the owner's name, though I couldn't make it out and didn't have anything to write it down on. A later Google search revealed no details about this store location.
I told them that I wouldn't be coming back to this store because they refused to change the channel from Fox News. As I left the store, the cashier told me to have a nice day, and I nodded and waved back at him as I walked out the door.
Even in conservative Lincoln County, the vast majority of stores avoid political channels on their TVs because it causes fights, and those that don't are willing to change their channels for...
