Panda Express — Restaurant in Saint Charles

This Panda was pretty dirty. Each of the tables looked like they'd recently been used, food on the table, some trays here and there, wet sticky spots from drinks. Not a single table had been wiped down. The drink station had a counter with ice and liquid lying on top of it. A few flies buzzed around the tables as well. The actual kitchen did look clean, however. The floors in the kitchen were nicer than the lobby. Tables were cleaner, etc. Perhaps they had just cleaned the kitchen and were going to clean the lobby, but there were a handful of employees standing around in the kitchen chatting against the wall on the day I came in so I know there was no rush. Bathroom was also as dirty. Gotta be kinda forgiving with bathrooms though, all it takes is one dumb weenie brain to pee with the toilet seat down or flush a whole cat down the toilet. Seeing as the kitchen did seem quite pristine, especially the serving area, I went ahead and are here, but had to take it to my car so I wasnt sitting at a recently used table. Received a BOGO free bowl coupon in the mail with two separate BOGO free bowl deals. Placed my order online and entered coupon code - "Coupon not valid for this order. " Tried again using the second coupon code, free derived same error message.

Called the location to place my order over the phone - no answer. They're supposed to be open 10:30 am - 9pm. It's currently 4pm. It just rand and rand, then disconnected. The coupon is only valid at the Veterans Memorial Pkwy location. I was never able to place an order.

After reading all the horrible reviews, now I'm thankful I couldn't place the order. Many reviews saying they're always out of food. One guy said he ordered and paid online, only to arrive at the restaurant to pick up his food and was told they're out of everything, AND could not offer him a refund because he ordered online!! He finally got a customer service phone number from a very unhelpful employee, called, was on the phone a half hour, then finally got his refund after three weeks!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm surprised this place...

Worst location ive ever been at. I order the teriyaki chicken with fried rice well the chicken is so dried out and then look into the bag for my sauce and no sauce so i thought ok simple mistake. My wife and i go back i get the same thing she gets orange chicken with lo mein noodles well as she opens it pour into plate start eating finds a hair stuck inside the noodle. Then they fail me again with dry chicken and no teriyaki sauce when i specifically ask for some in the drive thru. I call speak to manager he is no help doesn't really care what so ever about the situation, his name was christian. I called corporate next day they said they would send me free coupons for the trouble and do a follow up at the store its been prolly been over month and half haven't heard or got one single thing. So the end of the day we literally pay for nothing cause for one who eats dry chicken and two a damn hair in the noodles disgusting.. Never will i go to a panda again...
