Stef's Pizza Zumbehl — Restaurant in Saint Charles

I ordered the Toasted Ravioli with Meat Sauce, and a medium Cheese Pizza (mixed cheeses - provel, and mozzarella).

The Toasted Ravioli itself was a 6/10, but the Meat Sauce was great (8/10). Overall, I think the Toasted Ravioli was a 7/10, and would get it again.

I would rate the Cheese Pizza a 4/10. There was too much cheese, even some of it pooled to one side of the pizza, hardening as it went over the edge of the crust. Cheese a 5/10. The crust is the worst. It was like eating a saltine cracker covered in flour with the firmness of a wet noodle. Crust is a 2/10. Again, though, the sauce was great! The sauce saved this pizza. It was very flavorful, had a little tang and some sweetness. The sauce gets an 8/10. I would not eat this pizza again.

The service was very good! The atmosphere, and decor, while simple, does feel comfortable and familiar. Service 10/10.

Overall, I would recommend this place, but not the pizza! Consider changing the name, because the pizza is not the best this place...

Absolutely disgusting and I haven't had a good experience since the first time I ever ordered. I gave it another try and I ended up going to fazolis up the street after my order took over an hour to get to me. The delivery driver was wonderful, but my lasagna literally tasted like rubber! I put my fork into one small Section and the entire piece came up when I lifted it.... The salad dressing was fantastic!!! Even the rolls were rock hard a d the Brownie I got for free because I waited so long was hard as a rock. Just yuk. Not a very good experience neither time..... And this last time was a redo for my horrible service the first time?!?! Yikes... May be hit or miss, bit for me it...

I took a picture of the chicken that I couldn't no longer eat, because it was so dried out. When I called the St Charles location the lady told me that they have never had any complaints on their wings, as if I was lying. So I'm uploading this picture as proof. She also lacked empathy and unfortunately, because I used doordash through a co-worker, I'm not able to be compensated in any kind of way. My money is just gone. I'll know in the future not to spend another dime with them. If I don't have anything nice to say about a company, I usually don't say anything at all, but because she questioned my concern I felt it...
