Today I went to visit Papa Murphy's and order a Family size pizza and the young man who made the pizza was extremely rude and unfriendly. As he was making the pizza I briefly watched him and as he was about to wrap it up I asked him if he had added onions and he said sir I added them and started shaking his head. I said sir there is no need to be rude about it, I just simply asked a question because I did not see them on there. He started shaking his head, and was mumbling something as he looked over at the other employee working there (Aaron). Apparently he is having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. When I arrived home I contacted the manager (Aaron )and the employees name who made my pizza was (Ian). She explained me, that me asking if there were onions on my pizza caused him to be flustered and he felt overwhelmed, and Tuesday is a very busy day for them and they are short staffed. I told Aaron, if asking if there were onions on my pizza caused Ian to act the way he did he's in the wrong job. I also explained to Aaron that it's not my fault they are short staffed or that Tuesday is a busy day for them. I am sorry they are short staffed and overwhelmed but you certainly don't have to take it out on the customer's or defend your employees when they are rude. I will not be visiting this location or their rude employees anymore. In addition to this I will also be contacting Papa Murphy's customer...
Read moreWe encountered a few problems while we were at Papa Murphy’s today. 1) our order was passed up (during preparation) and the order placed after ours (both placed in store) was prepared prior to ours. They finished that other order, before they even started ours!! 2) a young man came in to pick up an order that was being worked on. The employee who was preparing this young man’s order used the same gloves to work the cash register (touching the screen etc), then went right back to making his pizza. Very unsanitary. He asked for them to re-make the pizza, which they did. That delayed things further for my order. 3) they were apologetic for the delay in my order, after I asked them why my order was being prepared AFTER the order that was placed after mine, in store. They did not, however, offer any kind of discount/coupon/etc for the mistake. 4) once we got home and cooked our “cheesy garlic bread”, we came to the realization that all they did to prepare the garlic bread was to put a folded up crust into the black tray and put cheese/garlic on it. The dough did not raise, it was super flat and we could not eat it. Yuck. (See pictures). 5) the pizza was more like thin crust than the classic crust we ordered. We were there around 6:00 pm on a a Thursday (5/15/25). Didn’t get out of there until about 6:40pm. I doubt we...
Read moreI ordered a large pizza and cheesy garlic bread online. The pizza didn’t have any cheese on top of it. The sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms were on top with no cheese. There was mozzarella cheese underneath, but there should always be cheese on top. There always has been in the past. The one staff member did unwrap the pizza and added topping cheese, but I’ve never had to ask for that before. And there still wasn’t enough to cover the meat, pepperoni and mushrooms. Also, I ordered cheesy garlic bread, but was given monkey bread. I didn’t realize it until I got home, so I returned for the correct bread. The staff member said they were all out. Yes - the cooler that should contain garlic bread was 100% empty. Also, why didn’t someone call me before I drove to the store to tell me there was no cheesy bread? I probably would have opted for a refund, but honestly I’m not sure I would have trusted the refund to be calculated correctly. The 3 guys just seemed like they really didn’t care to be accurate and were not thorough in providing good customer service.
They also had a sign on the door stating they were all out of large pizzas. How can a Papa Murphy’s be out of large pizzas, when pizza is all you sell? Luckily, they still had it when I ordered my pizza online. I probably got...
