Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

What can I say about this place? When my family showed up it took us 30 minutes to order our food as we were 4th in line and the cashier would take one order and walk away, when we finally got to the front of the line we had to wait another 10 minutes while she worked on another order. We ordered our food and went to sit down, the place was absolutely disgusting we had to was our seat just to sit down and eat, the utensils were empty and when you told them they didn't care. While we were sitting there and everyone in front of us as well as us were waiting on our food to be prepared, one of the employees went outside to meet someone who pulled up and exchange "you know what" with another what looked like a junky. When he finally came back in he didn't wash his hands before going back to the drive thru. After another 25 minutes we got our order which we were missing some things and had to wait another 8 minutes for them to make 3 dorito tacos....... my husband actually ordered Pizza hut after we ordered our food and that was done before our taco bell was done..... I wish I could give them less of a score but it won't allow it. I don't believe we will EVER be hitting up this establishment again. The owners of this franchise should be ashamed...

This Taco Bell was not "fast", and was barely "food". $50 not well spent.

I have always loved the taste of Taco Bell. But the last few times I have gone, it has been a complete waste of time and money. After spending nearly 20 minutes inside and not getting to order, we decided it would be quicker to go thru the drive-thru. We then spent about 20 minutes in that line before we got our order. We pulled out to check our order and realized a couple items were missing, silverware and napkins. I went inside to get my gordita that we had paid for. At this time I was the only customer inside. I told the (assuming manager?) About the order issue. After waiting yet another 10 minutes, I asked what was taking so long. At that time I received a text from my wife who was waiting in the car, "is this going to take much longer? My food is so gross I can't eat it." I gave up waiting for my food and left.

This restaurant is a combination taco bell and KFC. I went there to get chicken. Once I got out of my truck, I passed what appeared to be the manager and another employee. They were outside complaining about something to an individual in a car. Once inside, there were 8 people in front of me all waiting for food orders. The time was 1645. One young woman was taking orders and completing them. No one else was helping her. I heard one other individual in the back doing something. Once I got to make my order, I was told they were out of chicken because they had more cooking, and it took 30 minutes. I had to order different food than I wanted. 2 people who showed up to order left as soon as they were told 30 minutes. Basically, the manager on duty failed to help any staff with taking orders, completing orders, or keeping tabs on product availability. She spent almost my entire time there outside. Some of the staff were outside with her at various times. I felt bad for the 1 lady out front trying to help the customers. If I were a district manager, I would have ripped the manager in half for her poor performance and...
