Starbucks — Restaurant in Saint Joseph Charter Township

I try to give most places I go to a fair chance before leaving reviews. I’ve been here a number of times now and each time leaves me more disappointed than the former. The customer service here is appalling—I got to the register and a barista was standing there in the middle of her work area, seemed very unsure of herself, just looking at me once or twice before going on to do something else. No greeting or letting me know she’ll help me in a minute, or that someone will be there. Waited a while and eventually another barista came up to the register and was doing something on the screen…still no greeting or acknowledgment until finally she asked what I’d like to order. I asked for light ice in my drink since I don’t like my iced drinks too cold, and my drink was very watered down. Highly disappointed at the lack of friendliness and quality and will be sticking...

A cashier with straightened curly hair in a bun (I believe her hat said Hudson or something similar?) ignored me by playing on her phone before another woman had to come to the register to take my order. The second woman was very sweet and kind, but because of that first cashier I will not come back. That behavior was appalling and absolutely rude. Every time I would glance over, she would just be on her phone instead of helping her coworkers with the line. If someone doesn't want to work I believe they should...

The cashier was constantly in her phone in a massive rush. Multiple times at that. Took my group of 4, 15 minutes to order and 20 minutes waiting for it to be completed. They also made the order incorrectly and all items came out several minutes apart. I watched multiple just decide to leave instead of standing there waiting. No refund or anything.
