I try to give most places I go to a fair chance before leaving reviews. I’ve been here a number of times now and each time leaves me more disappointed than the former. The customer service here is appalling—I got to the register and a barista was standing there in the middle of her work area, seemed very unsure of herself, just looking at me once or twice before going on to do something else. No greeting or letting me know she’ll help me in a minute, or that someone will be there. Waited a while and eventually another barista came up to the register and was doing something on the screen…still no greeting or acknowledgment until finally she asked what I’d like to order.
