Pizza Shoppe — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

We had a pizza coupon that said that we could use it as many times as we’d like within a year and could use it for one pizza per day when we went to use it for the first time they took the coupon saying that it was a one time use thing and couldn’t use it anymore didn’t give us it back. The lady that was supposed to be our waitress didn’t come back after that and neither did her manager the only person that helped us was a guy who brought us our salads and when the waitress did come back she only gave us our pizza no clean plates didn’t ask if we needed any refills or anything never came to see if the food was okay when we finally asked for the check the guy gave our check she pretty much just abandoned our table. All the other tables she had she would go back and check on them and give them clean plates to eat their pizza on but not ours. Normally this is my favorite pizza place but today's visit was kinda miserable. The server was nice enough but not super attentive. We waited a super long time for our food which was 1 king pepperoni pizza and I had ordered a mini round table. Finally she comes out with my mini pizza and sets it in the middle of the table and days there was a mess up on our other pizza it will ne another 5 or 6 minutes and walks off. My pizza was completely burnt. So 7 minutes later she brings out the large. It looked good and was good but obviously mine was cold by then and still burnt so tasted pretty awful. We had to leave 1 star just to leave a review. We saw some friends upon entering that had already been there for 2 hours and still hadn't gotten food. We sat anyways and waited for 15 minutes and finally ordered a pitcher, over 20 minute had gone by and nobody had come back to even take our order.... we kept waiting and kept waiting. Finally they came by and we asked for our check to pay for the beer and eat somewhere else. The kids in the kitchen would rather talk about parties and college and cuss up a storm rather than work and the service all together was absolutely...
