Everyone was very nice here but the pedicure I recieved was seriously sub-par. Student said she was graduating the program soon, but seemed completely unqualified. No nail shaping at all, file barely used, old polish not fully removed, no attention whatsoever to cuticles, polish dabbed on (no smooth strokes) leaving an uneven look, polish left on skin. Did not fully remove products used (I don't mean a bit of lotion, I mean globs of "masque" left between toes).

Most importantly: no sterilization equipment in sight. Nail file used was absolutely not sterilized.

Stay home and paint your own nails, or spend ten more bucks to have a pedicure...

Took my 16yr old here for his first mani. I specified that it was his first time thinking they would be more likely to explain things. He had wanted gel color. I told them when I made the appointment via phone that he wanted it. They used regular polish, and had him leave with it still wet. Pinki was ruined in the car, 3 other nails r smudged and ruined now and the paint is still wet. He tells me he is never having another mani again. What a great first experience.... not.

Edit my review. We have since gone back several times. We have never again had a mix up on polish types. The students do...
