BEWARE MUCH BETTER EXPERINCES AT OTHER LOCAL PLACES. Went in to have 2 rings resized and appraised. Called before to ensure no appointment needed or best time to come in. Talked with Pam she was great said to come on in and anyone can help me out. We talked some about my jewerly and confirmed all information. Let her know I'd be in a few mins before 4. Once I arrived I delt with a very rude lady. She told me appointment only and refused to help. I explained that I called and was told otherwise. So I couldn't even drop them off to resize them? She wouldn't even check my ring size. Took a very special occasion and craped all over it. This was my engagement ring I was so excited I even got off work early. I expressed this to her and she just looked at me and said do you want to schedule an appointment? No apology no best time to come back nothing just a blank stare and i cant help you without an appointment.There we no other customers in the store at all I wouldn't even minded waiting if I needed to. This was handled very unprofessional and ruined a big day i went from excited to tears by the way i was treated. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Even with the apology the poor service and way I was treated was uncalled for. Sorry the person wasn't there, still doesn't given reason for the rudeness i was handled with. My family and I have known the owners for several years. My sister even worked here. Mark and his employees work with integrity and the quality of his work is excellent. You would be hard pressed to find anywhere that can give you both, quality and honesty, at one place--but Niche of Time is just that!

Even after moving to Michigan, I didn't have a second thought about where to go. Mark was able to work with me and ensure that I can continue to get the ring serviced and insured no matter where I was. He answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what my fiancé wanted by asking me some questions as well! They are truly interested that you get the best!
