Was told product would be completed on a specific timetable (for a birthday), was not done until four days later! Also was told print was hard and had to be done some by hand. Not our problem when we brought in a patch of what we wanted also showed them on a google search a perfect example. Can’t meet timetable they set, make excuses for missing timetable, and then charge full price (which was more than quoted price). When asked to speak to manager, manager refused to come out to hear complaint. 1 Star, is 1...

I have went in with a kind of idea of what I wanted and have explained it to them. They have nailed my vision into something I love every single time!!!
