Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Saint Paul

There's nothing freaky fast here. Everytime I order lunch from this location the delivery has taken over 1 hour. The delivery drivers are incompetent and lazy. Each time I've specified which door to drop the order, and each time the driver has failed to deliver because they can't read. I work in a school building and many of my coworkers have had the same issues. Someone makes a delivery order at least once a week and yet every time there has been an issue with delivery. They simply cannot follow directions and we order from here regularly. When you call the store they will always insist the order is on its way, yet I'm left waiting for my food well after my lunch break is over. We work on very rigid schedules and depend on the timely deliveries their company supposedly promises. They are about to lose a lot of business, as my coworkers have also started refusing to order from here anymore. Disappointment is an understatement. Over a year of failed deliveries. I will not be supporting with my business at any of their locations...

I've been ordering Jimmy John's from this location since they opened usually they're pretty good . The longest I've waited was a half an hour. Today I waited in my company lunch room for over 45 minutes then when the delivery driver finally did arrive I waited an additional 5 minutes because they wouldn't get out of the car. I finally walked out to the parking lot to get my sandwich your delivery driver claimed to already have been here once. She wasn't I would have seen her so for the first time Ieft no tip. I shouldn't have to wait that long only to have to walk out the parking lot because the driver wouldn't get out...

I ordered one hour before closing. I waited for 50 minutes before I called the store to cancel my order or just pick it up myself. They asked "Why are you cancelling your order?". I told them that I can just pick it up because I live a block away. They said "You can't pick it up because we're closing, but we can cancel your order."

I've never had Jimmy John's before, so this was a great introduction to the franchise. This entire ordeal was a waste of resources and time for an order that could've been resolved by letting the customer pick it up. I don't understand the logic behind the team here, but I'll never order from Jimmy...
