First off, the woman who came to our table after we had been seated was unfriendly and didn't even greet us. And after she set our water glasses on the table & walked away, I noticed my glass was dirty - there was something yellow stuck on the inside of the glass and something red on the outside rim of the glass. When the woman came back to our table to take our order, I began to tell her my glass was dirty and as I lifted it to show her what I was referring too, she GRABBED THE GLASS & TRIED TO SNATCH IT out of my hand while saying "I see it." I was astonished at her rudeness and at that moment knew this was not somewhere I felt comfortable eating or spending my money. My family and I got up to leave the restaurant, before we even ordered food. I wanted to tell the manager of our experience before we left so I went and asked the man who had seated us if he was the manager or owner. He said "no, she's the owner" ... and he pointed at none other than the woman who had behaved so rudely to us! I told her that because of her behavior toward me and her rudeness, we were leaving. She didn't say anything in response. It is astonishing that the owner herself feels entititled to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will never come to this place again as a result of this woman's behavior. We went to Coconut Thai a few miles away instead and had a wonderful meal there - they were kind & polite as soon as we walked in the door and the service and the meal were impeccable. Pad Thai is not a place I would recommend to anyone after this extremely...

Have to say this was a first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant after ordering. Me and a buddy wanted to go somewhere new to eat so we thought to stop in to pad Thai. The decor was nice we were sifted right away behind a family. Good... well... then we ordered. I ordered fried rice with chicken and my buddy ordered a noodles meal. Within 3 minutes my buddy's meal was brought to him by another waitress which we thought was weird but we weren't going to complain about speedy service and we were starving. As we waited, my buddy dropped his fork into his meal and chose to wait for my meal. As we waited the waitress that sat us rushed over and snatched the dish of the table we saw her sprinkle something on the dish then walked around the other side and then came back and handed the dish to the family waiting behind us. We sat there speechless for a minute or two then start eating the side bean sprout, with our. Hands!!!!. Then the same waitress came by and rudely snatched the bowl and then dropped it on their table... we were so disgusted we got up and walked out. We are both clean guys but what if we were dirty or had a disease. I would never eat there again if the waitresses are willing to do that... right behind the customers then what are the willing to do in the back the kitchens. IWas complete disgusted...

We have been consistent customers here for a few years now. And last night was the final straw for us. Over the last 4 visits our service has been terrible! Getting worse with each visit. Servers who ignore you, and who rush you. Last night 3/9/18 we were seated quickly. There were only 4 other tables with customers. After 10 minutes a bus boy/water filler rushed by, another minute later he forced water glasses down hard enough for some to spill, we said thank you, but he ignored us. Unfortunately there were no napkins or silverware so the water spill sat. We were going to wait for a server until we noticed that the servers were sitting at a booth talking, and two servers that were sweeping. Three servers looked in my direction as I raised my hand, but continued to talk with their co workers instead of helping. We decided to leave, and we were not surprised when not one of the 12 employees noticed or cared. Sorry Grand Thai, the food was good, the service used to matter, but now I will be giving my money to a place who gives a damn...

I ordered the pad thai and it was disappointing. There was no hint of palm sugar or tamarind like a traditional padthai is supposed to taste. All it is is fried noodles with peanuts. To top it off the portion was also obnoxiously small. You can see in the picture how much room is left at the top of the containers. Next I also tried gang gai which was tastier but not impressive. To me if the popular items like padthai and gang was a disappointment I'd be skeptical about trying the other items on the menu. If you've never tried fried noodles before then I'd say give this place a try. But if you grew up eating thai food then stay away from this place. Overall I personally would not even recommend to my friends who are not familiar with Thai food.

I’ve been to Pad Thai several times over the years but I’m afraid I’m done. The food just isn’t great. My latest order of 407 (cashew stir fry) was lacking in flavor and over cooked. Vegetables were soggy. Spice is non existent unless you ask, apparently (I forgot to ask, they didn’t ask). My to-go order wasn’t sealed properly so when I got home and lifted the bag up, runny sauce got on both my car seats. 😡 To top it off, there was a piece of plastic in my cashew dish. Photo to prove. Pros: They have always been fast. But that sometimes feels like you’re being rushed.

The service was great, friendly, prompt, and welcoming. Our server was attentive without being redundant or overbearing, and the host was most jovial. I had the green curry, which was spectacular, and my wife had the Pad Thai, very good. All the food was delicious, tho the egg rolls were by far the best. And they were uniquely done. The only thing that I wasn't felling was the ancient ambience--somewhat dusty, this threw me off a bit, but the food was top quality, which made up for it. If you have a fixing for Thai food stop here. Yum.
