Potbelly — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Bad service. I ordered some sandwiches and a shake for my family to be delivered over the phone. They had this old man delivering my food but he didn't know how to get to my house, so rather than using a gps or searching on his phone or AT LEAST calling his manager for directions he calls me 3 separate times. I'm not from around here so I don't know cross streets and can't give him directions. The food finally gets here an hour later (According to Google maps I can walk there in 41 minutes), the shake is melted, the hot sandwiches are cold and this guy has the nerve to imply that it's my fault because I couldn't give him directions after I specifically told him I wasn't from around here. It's not my job to know the streets around here, and also we're in the year 2015, who doesn't have a gps or a phone with gps capabilities? Especially if you're a delivery man!! Needless to say I didn't tip him which seemed to baffle and annoy him. I definitely won't be going...

They serve pretty good toasted sandwiches. The atmosphere is quiet and low key, which I like. You order on an assembly line as you would at many places but it always feels a little confusing to me for some reason after you initially order the sandwich becausr then you wait and move down the line to the next station before you finish the process of ordering the sandwich while you sort of wait face to a wall while the sandwich toasts and youre bit sure if you were supposed to tell them at the last station what you wanted ob your sandwich... Oh well. The pickled peppers are good and have a pleasant slight crunch to them. Hot soup is...

I ordered from this Potbelly a few days ago, and the food was great as usual, but a drink was forgotten. I called about it and wasn't able to get it replaced at the time, just due to not being able to pick it up at the time.

However, today I ordered again, and this time, not only did all of our food come, but they gave us some cookies and a side to make up for the previous experience. They also honored a special request that I absolutely did not expect them to honor, and would not have been easy. And of course the food just never misses. I...
