The bar tender was extremely rude, non attentive, and literally ignored me when I was standing at the bar right in front of her. I came with a friend to eat lunch. We both sat down at a table, and no one acknowledged us, so I finally went up to the bar to ask how we ordered food, and she finally gave me menus. I had to walk up to the bar (again) to place a meal order and was ignored several times. When we were done eating, cashing out was like pulling teeth - both my friend and I went up to the bar separately and weren't acknowledged for a length of time. Menu has PHO and other Vietnamese selection as well as an American plates as well as some have said the best Flour Tortilla Tacos which are friendly at a great price. Drinks are more expensive than other bars on Rice Street but obviously the total renovation has an affect on the prices, however the clientele has changed to the better and you can go on Happy Hour to offset the prices and you'll find yourself...
