Tracks Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Saint Paul

The bar tender was extremely rude, non attentive, and literally ignored me when I was standing at the bar right in front of her. I came with a friend to eat lunch. We both sat down at a table, and no one acknowledged us, so I finally went up to the bar to ask how we ordered food, and she finally gave me menus. I had to walk up to the bar (again) to place a meal order and was ignored several times. When we were done eating, cashing out was like pulling teeth - both my friend and I went up to the bar separately and weren't acknowledged for a length of time. Before leaving, I asked the cook for to-go boxes. He was the friendliest person there. We left frustrated and bewildered - the bar tenders' manners were...

Under new management, and have totally renovated the bar inside and out. New kitchen, kitchen appliances an incredible but concise menu. Menu has PHO and other Vietnamese selection as well as an American plates as well as some have said the best Flour Tortilla Tacos which are friendly at a great price. Drinks are more expensive than other bars on Rice Street but obviously the total renovation has an affect on the prices, however the clientele has changed to the better and you can go on Happy Hour to offset the prices and you'll find yourself...

Saw ppl on FB post the fried rice looked delicious had to try but eh, not really impressed. The do give you a nice portion though so I have rice I don’t want to eat for days to come. The oyster wings 🤢 they gave me the fat drummies. I don’t get how wings turn into drummies but they taste different wings are white meat, what was given to me was fat meaty tasted like dark met, just didnt go with oyster. Bartender was cordial. It was like 1p on a Saturday when I went and it was pretty dry about 6 ppl there. Three most the “wings” away clumped...
