Tin Cup Plus — Restaurant in Saint Paul

One of the coolest karaoke bars in the state of Minnesota its located in St Paul now I've been to a few karaoke joints but this one isby far a hotspot its filled with different ages and races of people everybody get along never had any dangerous encounters or seen any all the songs selections are up-to-date and are good even the good old-school hits there's many different selections to pick from and if something is not there you can request it to be added the owners are awesome people very friendly and is good at making you feel comfortable and want it in the place and so is their daughter very genuine woman the food is so... delicious so many picks the drinks are not watered down like alot of these places everybody is pretty much Happy they have good customer service I've never had any issues here if you're into Good karaoke music nice food and drinks like meeting good people this is the spot a lot of down-to-earth people here i felt safe and had fun its near lit up places bathrooms are clean place is clean no complaints here I was actually impressed with all the people that have a personal relationship from coming over the past few weeks or years with the owners very genuine a lot of love around that place the tin cup is where it is no question about it thanks a lot tin cup had another blast once again as...

Food was great but the service has gone downhill. I brought my family of 6 out for dinner Friday night and there were only 2 other tables eating the same time as us. We ordered your apps and drinks. the kids and wife got their drinks and I didn’t. When the apps came out, we were told that they were out of the mozzarella sticks. After waiting a while I began to notice that the other tables were not getting any refills as ours had been sitting empty for a while. Meanwhile, I still didn’t get my drink. My wife waved down the waitress for refills. Hoping she would notice that I still had not got my drink, she came back with the kids refill. She looked over the table and still didn’t notice I didn’t get my drink. I was the only one who had ordered a beer. So it’s not like it was overlooked by the pops. We all ordered the juicey losies so i know those take some time. But the kids and wife sat with empty cups. Like I said, it was very slow this night. Two other tables, and the other two were finishing when our food arrived, so it’s not like the waitress was busy. When my tab came, my beer was on there. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The service is sicken. I was told that if i am allergic to cheese then i need to order something else INSTEAD of asking them to take the cheese of my sandwhich! I had a flare up because i DID ask for no cheese and they decided to put cheese on my sandwhich anyway! Ive never been here before, and trust me i will never go back to the infested diner again! I asked for a new sandwich to be made, they said no, THE MANAGER told me to come get my refund and dont come back!!! ( as if i would ) I was chased out by management after asking for coorpare number.
