They need to get rid of these lazy racist Mexican employees and send them to the east side of St. Paul where they belong with all the other half a** job working mexicans are my experience with them is always horrible they're always rude,dirty, and racist the last time I stopped by (last week) I made sure to call ahead of time to make sure that everything goes smoothly and of course it didn't I came to the drive through early in the morning there were no cars in line yet they still refused to take my order I knocked on the drive through window several times saw no one came around several times looking through all the windows and still saw no one it wasn't until I came around called while knocking on the window at the same time when two female employees popped up from the floor looking angry and shocked that I was there to make an order and even after seeing me at the window they still took more than 5 minutes to finally open the window to ask me what I want with an attitude mind you so I decided to leave I later called to report them for their terrible service but of course they remembered my number so they refused to answer my call I then called from a different number and immediately the lazy employee answered my call I asked her for the manager's name and number or for her to have him call me she refused saying what do I want and if I wanted to order something I replied asking for her name and the managers name and number again she refused and hung up on me lol this Wendy's is a joke and I hope they fire all those lazy good for...

The Staff here wants to make sure their customers know that they don't care that we had to wait over 20 minutes to even order our food-not because the line was long (we were first in line) but because one of the two employees had to "use the restroom" The young male employee that informed us of that told us he wasn't allowed to help us cuz the manager was watching on the camera (he also said the manager was there but no way could that be true) so we waited over 20 minutes to order our food until the other employee (an older female) was done in the restroom. When we asked if we could maybe get a coupon or price break for the very long and unnecessary wait we were told "Wendy's doesn't pay me to relieve myself for 12 hours so I really don't care what you do" lovely. They must be very salty with their management (who was there according to the young male employee remember) and they let us know with their French fries which were literally so covered in salt that they burned my mouth (even tho they were cold). Read moreDepends on when you go and who's working there. My first experience they told me they were doing door dash and their app only (nicely told me). I drove to the side and downloaded the app and was told they didn't see it and nothing they can do (took 12 mins but they were rude this time from the start, probably assuming I didn't get the message the first time). The app then said it would be ready in 15 more mins and I thought that was why it wasn't. When it officially said it was ready, I went back to just check to see if it worked I was told they were closed 2 hours before they were supposed to be. I asked about the mobile order already in place that said it was ready, they repeated themselves (not nicely btw). So that w as money and time wasted that was completely down the drain. ~40 minutes at a fast food place lol. My second experience was around noon and was much better. Took my order immediately, got it right, the food was good, everything. Maybe it's just not one to go to at night. That was the worst experience I've ever had.
