As frequent patrons, I was completely disturbed and will no longer return to this location after tonight's encounter. Me and my girlfriend arrived around 7:30. We were brought ONE menu to share and felt rushed, it was slightly busy due to many places being closed, but not BUSY like what you would be during NFL season, but it is not. My gf ordered the sliders, specifically because it was made with Gouda cheese. They came out with American cheese. Upon waiting several minutes to be checked on, or server said "no I think that's Gouda" as she lifted the bun to discover cowboy sauce on American cheese (with bear hands). One bite had been taken. Now, what should have been done was the sliders to be remade and done correctly since the menu indictates Gouda cheese. Our server came back and said " my boss said it's made with American cheese, but we can remake it how you want". We then showed her the menu and pointed out Gouda, as described in the menu. She said I knew it! and left again. several minutes later the sliders came back with the same bite missing, still having about 40% of the melted American on the patties and the cowboy sauce wiped off. The fact that our sandwich was handled barehanded by our server, and then sent to the kitchen for sauce to be wiped off and again served as a "fix" was completely disgusting and inexcusable. Busy by no means, excuses work ethic or quality. It was clearly kitchen error. The fact the manager wrongly ARGUED and didn't make it right was humiliating. We also asked for the manager to come to the table and nobody ever came. The meal was removed and no table visit was made and no correction was done. The partners of BOB should reevaluate the management that is in charge of this location. Clearly incompetent and an EMBARRASSMENT to the company. As a fellow hospitality worker of 12 years, I have never seen such a pathetic operation and will allow a loss of business and bad reviews and word of mouth. This should be a coaching opportunity and the KM/floor manager on duty should have handled this appropriately. Beef O' Brady's has been a longtime favorite by locals and we felt nothing more than humiliated and disrespected. We will spend our...
Read moreWe have a neighbor that raves about this location! I've never eaten here although another neighbor has and he was willing to give it another try since we both wanted to go somewhere to get a burger... I ordered my burger as close to medium rare as possible since the menu indicated it wasn't a choice and I chose curly fries. I was assured it could be cooked med rare and I asked for it not to be pressed. I was told they don't press their burgers after the server went to the kitchen and checked. My friend ordered burger med/med well and curly fries with a side of mustard. When our food was dropped off we realized I had regular fries and my friend had no mustard. We thought since there was hardly anyone in there for dinner on a Saturday night getting someone's attention without getting out of our seat would be simple...After 10 or more minutes we were finally checked on and I conveyed the missing items and at that point we also chose not to share that my burger had the tiniest amount of pink in the center and my friend's came out well done and pressed so hard it was bigger than the bun!! We both had already started eating and didn't want to wait for the entire meal to be re-cooked. We said encouraging words to each other so not to get stuck on the fact that our dinner was going in a unusual direction and probably why my friend had never come back after his first experience. So no surprise when we never saw the server again until we asked for the check and my friend asked for a box. I ate my burger the way it was and left the regular fries. My friend took half of his home. Our bill was $26 and we only left a $5 tip because we would never not tip nor give a one star rating. They did have the Rays game on one tv across the room although balloons were blocking the majority of the screen from where we...
Read moreIf I could give less than one star for this location I would. I have been a fan of Beef O'Brady's for years and used to go to the one in my hometown regularly but since moving to St Petersburg I have been more than disappointed with this locations food and service. Every single item I have ever ordered off of the menu has not only tasted disgusting, looked unappetizing but a few have even made me sick to my stomach. Their wings are terrible, the philly cheesesteak is extremely greasy leaving the hoagie soggy, the buffalo chicken wrap was soggy and made me sick, their fries are over cooked and occasionally burnt, their cuban sandwich had a bad taste as if perhaps the meat was bad and made me sick, lastly their club wrap (the one item on the menu I figured they could not possibly screw up) was hot pressed making the lettuce and tomato inside it soggy and maintained a baby food consistency. I took two bites of the wrap and literally could not eat anymore. It is absolutely unacceptable that a franchise location be this horrible. Let us not forget the service or lack there of. The few times we have chosen to dine in the restaurant we waited 10 minutes for the waiter to even acknowledge we were there. He did not come around to refill our drinks and we had to go to the bar to get our check. When I called and spoke to the manager about the terrible food we have had there she defended the food and then told me it is common for club wraps to be pressed. I quickly asked her if she would enjoy eating soggy lettuce and if I wanted to eat spinach I would have ordered something with spinach. I will be contacting the corporate location to notify them of their subpar location in St Petersburg. I would not recommend my enemy eat at...
