I feel like my daughter was taking advantage of here I feel like the prices were astronomical for an iPhone XR paid over $200 for something that he told her was not going to last long and didn’t tell my daughter that it would cost more than the Phone itself… my daughter was on vacation visiting family here when she left her phone out in the sun too long took it to this place and they charged her $220. To fix a screen a charge port and “water damage” . My daughter is 14 years old I feel like the prices should’ve been very upfront and when I got on the phone or my husband was on the phone the man should’ve said everything that we were paying for but instead it was a price here for this here for that and then after he had already fixed it…. I brought a phone with a cracked screen to these people, and they gave me a broken phone back four days later. They repeatedly gave me bad repair timelines and made me wait two hours in the parking lot just for them to re-crack the screen I'd waited four days for them to repair.

At least before I give them my phone, I could access it. Now it's completely bricked, and I have to pay someone to rescue my data.

Took my phone in because my screen was black and white so walked in the guy was doing nothing it was empty he turned off sleep mode AND CHARGED ME 10.00 PLUS TAX RIDICULOUS!!! HE SHOULD HAVE STARTED WITH I WILL CHARGE YOU IF I do this because I would have walked out!! I will not send NOBODY IN THERE. I work next so very upset!!
