So I've driven by this place many times but I never stopped there so tonight for the first time I stopped in and had dinner and I got to tell you this place does not disappoint! Even though I didn't get there until 8:00 p.m. the food was excellent! It was hot almost everything I ate was pretty fresh it was all very tasty and delicious! The hot and sour soup was excellent and all the different chicken dishes that I tried were phenomenal! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the crab rangoon and the egg rolls They weren't terrible but they weren't my favorite but other than that this buffet is absolutely delicious and worth every penny! The service was good although when I asked for a refill On my Dr pepper the girl took my cup to refill it and never came back with it so I had to actually get up and go ask for it lol Also I downloaded the coupon for the free drink with the adult buffet and they still tried to charge me for the drink but when I pointed it out they immediately corrected the bill again that came down to the waitress, Even though she was a little ditzy she was a total sweetheart! The restaurant was very clean, The waitress kept up on all my finished plates, I highly recommend this buffet, I have eaten at the one up in Spring Hill and this one is just as good! I definitely give it five stars and I will definitely return It's now my favorite Chinese buffet!...
Read moreHello customers, I don't know where all these good reviews came from. We have been here a twice now since the new ownership. We gave the place a second chance months later because the first experience was awful. The both times the food was crap, terrible, not worth it for $22 a person. Almost every type of chicken was dry/over cooked even in the sauces. For someone who doesn't eat seafood. There was not a big selection at all. They didn't even have teriyaki chicken on the stick! What Chinese restaurant doesn't have that!! I mean really. There prices were comparable to Umami and other much tastier chinese/hibachi grills in the area. I been in this area for 40 years and have seen that spot change multiple times. All they have done is changed the seating and added a wall. Meanwhile the food keeps getting worse. Less quality, less flavor more expense. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! We will never go there again. My whole family said they didn't want to come back. Outside the restaurant didn't smell good at all. It deterred me but the family was hungry and wanted teriyaki chicken on a stick. Walking inside the smell was no better. I would literally give this place a 0 but the review doesn't allow that. There are many places with much better food for the price. I hope this is helpful because I'm not usually one to take the time to...
Read moreI really didn’t want to write this but the woman that served us had me shocked. Me , my fiance, my mom and grandma ate here. My grandma has coupons for free drinks that were given to staff before and even stapled to the back of our check. Anyway, she brings the check (as some of us are still eating) my mom asks for another drink, the woman says “no problem “ she grabs my mom’s cup and the check. When the comes back she had added the drinks to the bill, 12$ for 4 drinks. I reminded her of the coupons she took the check back, fixed it. When she brought back my card and copy to sign it was at 77$ even, now this could be taxes I didn’t ask. My grandma also reminded them of the senior discount; the woman said they don’t do this discount and the coupon….Im 3 months pregnant, I barely ate anything. When the woman noticed there wasn’t a tip written on the check, she proceeded to say “tip not included in bill” I reminded her we weren’t don’t as my grandma and mom went to get dessert. This woman sat over me and 3 different times pointing to the bill, saying “tip” was very pushy. I tried to be nice but finally said no. I’m just wondering if this is how they get their tips? By pressuring the costumers? Food was not the best....
