This establishment allowed my 8 month old child to leave with another individual who did not have a stamp that matched his. I entered this establishment with my two infant children, we all received stamps. My husband, our toddler, and our teen entered at a separate time and received different stamps. At the end of the evening I took one of our infants to the bathroom as our group was getting ready to leave. I expected to come out of the bathroom with a family member waiting by the door with my other infant son. However, when I exited the restroom I discovered my child had left. When I approached the door to leave myself I was ASKED if I wanted the stamps checked. I asked them what it mattered since my other child was allowed to leave and the response I received was that his stamp had been checked. I informed the individual that he had indeed not checked my child's stamp and reminded the individual that I was the only adult to enter with the two children. He did not care. My husband, realizing what had occurred asked to see the manager. The individual assigned to the door asked him what it was about and was told that since he had seen us talking all night, he figured it was fine. The guy then asked if we still needed a manager. The manager seemed over worked, exhausted, and like correcting the problem was out of her control. Otherwise, the combos could not be purchased because they didn't have inventory. The cups that I paid for were not filled with any soda because, again, we were told, "we order them but they refuse to deliver it" in reference to the soda mixes. So, I paid a good $15 for nothing. I would guess they were drastically under staffed. Luckily my 3 year old didn't care about any of this and had a wonderful birthday evening. That being said, we do not plan to return. You shouldn't either, especially if you have little children. Luckily, in my case, my teenager walked my 8 month old out of the establishment. However, it could have been anyone and that is unacceptable. Especially in an establishment which boasts safety and goes through the process of marking children with their responsible party...

Read moreCame to this location for a birthday party. We've actually been to this location before for other birthday parties as well and I do have to say they've improved the cleanliness and overall look inside. The staff assistant for the birthday party was so friendly and helpful! Some of the games ran out of tickets but we were able to locate staff to assist and refill the tickets.
Only complaint is that a lot of the attendees for the party missed out on the singing of happy birthday and the serving of the pizza and cake because the intercom within the facility sucks! If you're off playing the games you don't hear the announcer calling for all party guests to come back-- facility is too loud with the games and kids running around. Recommend they fix this.
Overall we all had fun...even the adults had a blast playing the games. The virtual reality roller coaster ride I have pictured was super fun! Like that Chuck E. Cheese has the unlimited play for amounts of time you can purchase rather than the old coin system. This makes it easier for the kids to...
