I myself will avoid this location at all cost. After requesting to have my whopper cut in half I was told that they can’t cut the sandwich in half, so I explain to the employee that I just came to this same location and got a whopper that was cut in half and that I didn’t understand how the service a customer receives differs depending on the time of day because my last visit was at night and today I was there about noon….The employees response? WELL DONT UNDERSTAND IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I immediately go inside to get the name of the employee and of course she refuses to tell me her name. She calls the Manager whose name was Sarah to the front I explain to her that at this point I don’t even care about the sandwich being cut in half, my main concern now is the fact that her employee speaks to customers as if she is standing in her own kitchen WITHOUT Provocation because I never yelled, cursed, or disrespected her. Mind you the ENTIRE time I’m talking to the Manager the employee who I later find out is named Brianna is trying to interject in our conversation instead of taking care of the customer she has standing in front of her. I’m getting all of the hand movements, neck rolls…etc. I completely ignore her because at this point I’m addressing the Manager, she and I have nothing else to speak about. It was so bad to the point that the Manager had to give her a hand gesture to signal her to be quiet while we were speaking and although the Manager was nowhere as rude and nasty as Brianna she was very nonchalant and you could tell that she was completely uninterested in the issue I was trying to bring to her attention, never offered a apology or even pretended that this was something that is not permitted at this particular location. I leave and go to the Central avenue location and I be darned, I get a whopper cut in half with a side of EXCELLENT customer service. I really didn’t know they had reopened after getting the new building or else I would have went to Central in the first place because I know for a fact that the Managers at that store are all about trying to ensure that their team members are providing customers with the best customer service possible, that CLEARLY is not the case at this store...
Read moreI went to Burger King today the one on 34th street south and I went through the drive through and when it was my turn to order to nobody said anything I set and I waited for someone to come take my order Finally when someone came to Take my order.The young lady blew her breath As if she had an attitude... so I proceeded with my order I said I wanted the 2 for 5 junior woopers she said WHAT WOOPERS?? and then I said I wanted the 8 piece Buffalo nuggets.and then I asked if they had any ice cream because usually every time I go up there the ice cream is always down and she said DO WE HAVE ANY WHAT?? So I just told them never mind don't worry about it and I drove off to the window when I got to the window I asked the girl can I speak to the manager... She asked the manager to come over. The manager came over she said What happened? I said when I got to the drive through no one said Please hold, ma'am. I said that I waited 10 minutes your employee. Gave me an attitude the manager Put her hand up and said excuse me, ma'am you're the one who drove off I said it doesn't matter the point is, I'm a customer I'm ordering and your employee was being rude and you're allowing it and you're okay with that Then she's telling me to go she's shewing me off with her hand and she closed the drive through window her and her employee looking at me laughing and then another employee came over and started laughing at me too then she grabbed her phone as if she was gonna call the police all that for what because you were being rude and your employee was being rude and you're okay with it Honestly, if they are acting like that, like they don't care. I went through their drive through two days ago and sat at the right side speaker box and watched three cars get there orders taken before I was acknowledged. Once I was able to order the girl taking my order seemed confused the entire time I was telling her what I wanted. I finally got my food and left and had my daughter check our food and everything was incorrect so I made a u-turn and went back to park and get my order corrected. Up to this point, I wasn't too upset. I figured, whatever, it happens. I just wanted to get my food and go home to eat. When I went into the restaurant I brought my food to the counter and told the manager what was wrong with my order and she refunded me a couple dollars for the extra items I didn't order and asked her kitchen staff to make the correct burger that I originally ordered. This is where everything just got ridiculous. I sat at the counter for over 20 minutes waiting on a plain double cheeseburger. While I was waiting I was completely ignored by every staff member there. In the kitchen the staff members were cursing and making fun of customers including myself. The manager had a spat with a couple of her employees and threatened to send them home and they all started hollering about how they all wanted to go home. I never recieved my plain double cheeseburger. I just stood at the counter being ignored while the staff argued about making food and going home.
