This location is beyond frustrating and because of this location I have now decided to invest in my own coffee machine and products to make my own coffee at home because they can NEVER get it correct. First and foremost the customer service at this location is terrible. They are so mono toned when they speak to you when taking your order and at the window. It’s like robots. I’ve had several times where they forget to turn off their headset and I’m hearing their conversations on the speaker before they even acknowledge I’m on the other side waiting to order. Secondly, placing my order especially in the last month, they never understand nor can get my order correct. I have had to have them remake my order multiple times because it’s not what I ordered or there is always something wrong with the drink. I.E- I ask for light carmel in the cup they completely drown the cup in Carmel sauce and it’s just pure diabetes. It’s literally carmel and a splash of coffee. 🤮 not what I ordered or wanted. My biggest irritation with this location is I ordered a breakfast sandwhich and every single time I order I ask for no meat on the sandwhich because I am vegetarian. To my surprise which it shouldn’t be anymore at this point… but there is bacon my sandwhich EVERY single time. I also asked the other day if they could make it the sandwhich hot, the lady literally told me. “ I don’t know that we can do that, but I guess if you want it, it’ll just be burnt” what??? Read moreAwful customer service! I have been patronizing this business since it opened and this was the worst experience. Bernice had terrible customer service and told me I was being "impatient". There was no "good morning/hello", when I pulled to the window, just Bernice with a terrible attitude "because they were very busy". I had a mobile order. I sat at the window as they looked for it with a ton of cars behind me. I finally said hello, as the cars lined up behind me were getting antsy. When I got to the window, I told Bernice that no one ever got back to me while I waited at the order menu. She said "Yes they did. I heard them tell you to pull up several times in my earpiece". Did she really think I would just sit at an order window, if someone told me to pull up?? Instead of saying, my apologies I'm sorry for the confusion (like Chick-Fil-A would have done), she wanted to debate about that like she was at the order window where I was. I will not be back and I will not cater for my organization from their store based on that interaction with Bernice. She needs training in hospitality service. This store is right by my residence and organization, but I will now drive right past it and cater or get my personal items from somewhere else. Read moreThe staff here set the tone for the experience soon as I walked through the door. No greating upon entering the establishment. I entered steps behind a white gentleman (customer A), I stood about 6 feet behind him in line (which gave me the best view of the menu). As the cashier (white female) finished taking the order of customer A, she walked over to where I was and grabbed the tip container as she looked me in the eyes. She walked back to her cash register, placed it in front her and said can I help you. At this point I looked around the establishment to see if the leadership was clearly identifiable, which she wasn’t (because there were only women working this shift). I completed my order and as the screen showed various tip amounts, I looked up at the cashier as she was watching my selection (with a little smile) and selected no tip. The young lady who was working the coffee machine yells out,”single shot latte”. I walk up ask her to repeat what she said and upon her saying it again I respond to her saying that I ordered a half shot latte. She happily makes a new coffee and quickly provides it to me.
