We ordered a large cheese pizza and some sandwiches tonight. The person delivered the food, my dogs started barking so my wife went out picked the food off the porch and brought it inside. When I arrived home I opened the pizza and it had little tiny black bugs or ants all over it running around. We don’t have ants nor do we have any bugs of any kind. The guy we spoke to asked us to take a video which we did showing the little black bugs in the pizza box and the surrounding counter top so they could see it wasn’t bugs from our house making a trail to the pizza. Mind you the rest of the food was sitting right next to the pizza box… and no bugs. Why because we don’t have bugs inside or outside. He looked at the video and told me they would send out another pizza, but… he then called back and told me that it was left on the porch and I told him yes we watched the guy drive away without knocking but the dogs doing their job told us … hey someone is on the porch. He said I have to talk to my manger I guess he talked to his manger and they determined that it’s my bugs and therefore my pizza with bugs on it and would not be sending out another pizza. So I guess dominoes are crack bug enthusiast and got me for a pizza… dominoes one, hungry family zero … We just moved here and eat a lot of pizza we even have a dominoes account for rewards, but to bad for dominoes there are many many many pizza places within a five mile radius of home and I’m sure they will sell me bug free pizza. We saved the video, we owe a business and we are going to show it to as many people we can so they know we were accused of having bugs inside or outside our house that enjoy a $12 dollar dominos pizza. Well I’m done and now we are going to delete the dominos app and move on to making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich imagining it’s a pepperonis pizza from New York City !! Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. I came in today for just a soda because it was sweltering hot outside. I walk into the establishment and PAUL walked up to me and asked if I was picking up or walking in then I told PAUL I was walking and then I told him that I just wanted a soda and wanted to pay for it right then and there, PAUL response was uncalled for and extremely sarcastic “oh do you?” Then after that he completely ignored me and proceeded to help the customer behind me. I dont know PAUL personally and not sure why would treat me in this manner but he needs to taught how to properly treat customers if he’s going to be in that line of business I order from Domino’s quite frequently and I’ve never experienced service like that before in my life. This was in completely unacceptable and egregious experience that I had I will personally never order from Domino’s again I will personally order from Papa John’s moving forward and I will tell everybody I know about this experience so that everybody else that I know can order from Papa John’s in the future as well Domino’s you dropped the ball here and I really hope that you read this so that you can know how your customers your loyal customers have been being treated at this...
Read moreOrdered food at 11:30pm, said it was on its way but then got an email saying that the order was cancelled. When we called they assured us the order was not canceled and that the driver was 7 minutes away. 30 minutes later we try calling again and they don’t pick up. 15 minutes after that the driver called and explained that he went to the wrong address and that it’s his fault but he would still deliver the pizza if we’d like. At this point it was 1am and we were hungry so we asked if he still could. He said he’d be there in 15 minutes, 30 minutes goes by again and he never arrives. We call AGAIN and they gave us the whole run around and said that they ended up calling the driver back because we are out of reach. Why in the world would you not say that we were out of range from the start? Why were we able to order if we were out of reach? Why didn’t you at least CALL us and tell us you weren’t coming so that we could make arrangements for other food? Super disappointing. There was no explanation just a bunch of lame “sorry’s”.
