KFC — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I walked to this kfc got there around 1220 pm this after noon. When I walked in there was a sign saying lobby was closed due to roof leaking how ever front door was open and I was going to order food Togo amd was told I couldn't order because closed due to leaking roof I said I told the person I walked there and wanted to order my food Togo and was told I couldn't order anything only drive thru open...so I decided to walk to churchs chicken the next block up and they had the same problem with a leak so churchs had wet floor signs out and was able to order my food and was allowed to even eat at churchs this isn't the first time I've been denied service at this location I was also denied service at 750 pm a few weeks ago I was told they were closed for the day even though the door was open unlocked and the hours stated they stay open till 10pm ...everytime I have gone to this kfc location the staff was rude and lobby and bathrooms are always messy i was afraid i mighr catch something from the batjroom over flowing garbage masher and other employees are always smoking next to the front door and one time a month ago I decided to eat in a month ago the staff was annoyed I decided to eat in the lobby .. I noticed staff and mangers get annoyed and become rude to every customer that walks in or comea theu the drive thru becauze they have do actally work other wise it seems there always on there phones or snoming im gpinf to go to avpid kfc and go to chuechs chicken from now onthis kf made mewant to stay awayh frlm every kfc now im so happy churchs chicken is the nwxt blick uo ill be gojng there and i so do your self a favor and atay away frlm this krc and go to churchs your be...

A couple friends and I decided to stop at this location to get something to eat. We all ordered the exact same thing. The $5 fill up box with three piece chicken strips with potato wedges and Mountain Dew. We waited a total of 20 minutes in the drive through. Then we get to the window(aged bullet proof glass with weird window). The total was $16.05 and we paid with a twenty dollar bill and five pennies. The guy picked up the twenty and the pennies. Then gave us $3.95 in change. When we said something he apologized and took the change back and gave us a dollar bill. They never gave us a receipt. Then about 10 minutes later we get our food and leave. We made it a couple blocks away and realize they gave us all mash potatoes and gravy instead of potatoes wedges. So we turn around and go back. The manager wasn't surprised that they got the order wrong. He had them cook some wedges for us. We waited another 15 minutes for the wedges. While we waited we ate the chicken strips. Which were extremely small and over cooked . Plus they had very little breading on them and didn't taste good at all. Then we realized they didn't give us cookies. So when we went back in to get the wedges. We asked about the cookies. They gave us an extra cookie and generous portions of wedges. Which was nice, but it took us almost an hour to get our meals. We first tried to go we sat at the speaker box for about 5 minutes my husband said maybe there's a bill so I backed up and I pulled up and I backed up and pulled up again I yelled at the Box nothing no response so then we finally drove around to the window and sat there nobody came to the window I honked my horn two young guys looked out the window at me and went on about their business they basically ignored me so then we drove around the block and parked in the parking lot and went inside the kid behind the counter that took our order was so high you could barely see the whites of his eyes they were out of coleslaw they didn't have chicken sandwiches they weren't thawed out they said it would be at least 10 minutes for them to be cooked and thawed out then I looked over and they were waiting on a black lady in the Drive-Thru I finally went up to the counter and watched the lady put my order in a bag tied two knots in the bag and stand there for a couple more minutes staring at the screen and then she finally turned around and looked at me and said what did you order and I told her and she said oh this is yours I took it home it wasn't Kentucky Fried Chicken it was over salted and didn't have the Kentucky Fried Chicken spices it was awful I will never ever go there again it was so disorganized and chaotic I think they were all highest kites I have been wanting Kentucky Fried Chicken for about 2 weeks I was looking forward to this I will never...
