By the way, if you ride a bike, please give way to pedestrians, it's the right thing to do, and its the law. This is a big deal. St. Petersburg Beach restricted bikes on the beach and sidewalks. Stop at stop signs! A bike is a vehicle and is subject to the same laws as a car. Read up on it. Don't force Gulfport to get tough on bikes. I have seen bikes riding on the sidewalk at the Art walk and making people get out of the way! Riding on the sidewalk is legal, but you must give way to pedestrians.
