Sooooo... We were expecting a little coffee shop like their 1st Ave. S. location but what it actually is is a large-scale prep and bake kitchen with a bagel and coffee take-out counter. Staff was polite but not overly welcoming. Honestly, a big sign out front that clearly indicates "Take-Out Only" so folks know what to expect would be very helpful.
