Felt nice and gave two stars instead of one. The food from subway is usually always pleasant I always went out of my way to come to this subway because of the up keep. Tonight changed that all, this location has some of the worst people with customer experience. I would not dare frequent this location ever again. Th older African American Lady that works at this location is extremely rude and unpleasant coming from working in the food industry (Chick Fil A) now being a Head Teller Manager for a credit union I know that customer service to some individuals go a long way & the experience tonight is baffling. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent visit. I stopped by around 7:30 p.m. to place an order, but unfortunately, the interaction didnât meet my expectations. The team member on duty seemed disengaged and didnât acknowledge my greeting, which made the experience less welcoming.
I chose to visit your other location on 9th Ave N and 49th St instead, where I was greeted warmly and received excellent service from the staff there. The difference was noticeable and very much appreciated.

   Read moreVery disappointed with this restaurant. I went here a few nights ago to pick up sandwiches for dinner. The employee there was rude and walked away from me as I was about to order my food. After ordering, I found out the customers ahead of me had already been waiting at least 10 minutes to pay for their food. A few minutes later, the employee informed us that we could not pay with a credit card and they were awaiting the manager/owner to come in and fix the register. We waited in total, approximately 15 minutes just to pay for our food! Unfortunately when the owner arrived, he offered no compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted. Bad...
