I placed an order through the app, this was not an uber order this is through the Taco Bell app. Its supposed to prevent you having to wait in line and alert you when you order is ready on the counter. About 10-15 minutes later I received a notification that it was ready. It was in fact not ready or even started. The few of us in the dining room were told “drive thru comes first” and told to wait. One customer asked what was going on and an employee just kept saying “huh” and rolling her eyes. I’m literally still waiting for my food after being here 10 minutes after being alerted to pick up my order and it is still not ready. I hear people cursing and checking their phones while they work, touching their face and mouth without washing their hands, unacceptable. Then, the same employee starts looking for a customer and then just said “he’s probably in the bathroom taking a dump”. I eventually ask her about my order, she doesn’t stop what she’s doing and just says they don’t have an order for me and keeps doing whatever it is she does there. I tell her I have the order on my phone and its for this location. Eventually I must ask for a manager. It should be noted the manager was in the kitchen the entire time and allowed all of this to go on. Anyway, she is unable to find the order and asks if I have the right location. After looking at my phone and confirming it is indeed the correct location, she writes down my order. She makes the order herself and hands me a bag. I double check and its short an item. I bring this to her attention, and she has someone make the missing item. This is the same employee that was eyerolling and talking about customers taking a dump. Read moreThe absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered online to "pickup from drive thru". When I got there, they said I needed to come in. I wouldn't have Ordered at all if I knew I had to get out of my car as I cannot walk very well at the moment and it was storming. But I went inside after the rude worker said that it was a mistake I made even though I showed them proof that I had selected drive thru pickup. I get inside and have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for my food. When I got my food, everything was wrong and the toasted cheddar chalupa I ordered was not there. I went back to the counter. And very calmly I told the employee that I did not receive the item I requested. She replied with and I quote "oh well " and shrugged her shoulders. I also was supposed to get a drink with my meal. They only gave me a cup after I reminded them. When I went to dispense my drink the pepsi came out with only syrup and no water. When I complained about the pepsi she went and poured me one from behind the counter, got home and it was DIET. Even if the soda was bad I wouldn't be so upset, even if every single item I ordered wasn't wrong I wouldn't be a upset. But the fact that I had to get out of my vehicle and walk even though it is very painful for me to do so, after selecting drive thru pickup only to go inside and have the rudest person I've ever come across just shrug their shoulders and say "oh well". Read moreThis is hands-down the worst Taco Bell I think I’ve ever been to. Came in to pick up my order waited 7 minutes for the girl working drive through ,which is probably 5 feet away from counter to come up to the front counter. I asked her about the order I was picking up. She said it’s not ready yet. I stepped outside for about 5 minutes. I came back in and waited at the counter for about another 5 minutes, when the same girl finally came back up to the counter which was again 5 feet away, and asked if she could help me. Apparently she didn’t remember who I was or why I was there. I asked her if the order is ready that I was waiting for. I asked how much longer it would be? She said let me check on it and she turned around and just went back to the drive through window with out even checking, lol. About another 5 minutes passed when a manager came up to change out a cash drawer, I asked her how much longer on my order she said she would check. She walked back and came back with my order in less than 20 seconds. Lol I can’t believe this so it must’ve been ready for at least a few minutes . The customer service at this place is straight trash. The food was cold. It was a terrible experience. I would highly recommend that you go to a different Taco Bell. If I could leave zero stars, that would still be too good for this place. This place is straight trash. But this is my opinion nothing more...
