The Harborage Marina - High & Dry — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

We sold our boat from here. We asked to have the seller pick it up on a Saturday. David said he would allow this because the buyer was coming from GA. When the day arrived they charged the buyer $125 for picking it up without telling us. Then, David told the dockhands he had NO recollection of telling of us this 24 hours prior. Worst customer service. We will never dock a boat here again and will NOT ever recommend them to anyone. When we called to ask about the $125 Michael hung up on us. He said it was because the buyer was not a member. However, we are members until August 1 (it’s July 8th). Also, when I spoke on my husband’s behalf, Michael, was rude and told me trailering a boat on a Saturday was next to impossible. My husband then got on the phone and his demeanor completely changed and said he could accommodate us because...

The worst customer service you could possibly ask for! Inconsistent communication and a wash down consist of SAND not water! However I will say that there was one person, Hunter that was very attentive and customer friendly! And I have to give a HUGE shout out to The Big Cath! The restaurant is a 10 with great food and service! Maybe the guys at the high and dry could learn some customer service...

Great place to store a boat but we also appreciate being treated like family here. Dock hands Mike, Fred, Yannick, and supervisor Aaron are all very helpful and friendly.
