Harborage Marina — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

After a slew of unprofessional and, disgusting and run down marinas, we had the pleasure of calling The Harborage at St Pete home for nearly 3 wonderful years.

From the very beginning the staff at this marina were attentive, courteous, and did everything they could to make our time there the greatest.

Some incredible examples:

1. Our hose holder at the dock broke, just due to age in the sun. I notified marina staff in the morning. By the time I got home after work, we had a brand new one mounted and ready for use. Unreal!

2. This marina recognized that some cleats on the dock were aging, and took it upon themselves to redo expensive docks and ensure that slipholders had ample time to relocate their vessels temporarily. Docks were done perfectly.

3. All communication from the staff was consistent, clear, and easy to access

These guys bend over backwards to accomodate every slipholder, and it shows. We will miss being at this marina, and hope to be able to use them each time we return to st pete.

This place has very rude and discriminating customers/guess who ever they was. They have a Amazon package hub at the location, which they don’t own the Amazon hub. It is hidden in back within the gates. Now I called prior before coming and the lady I spoke with did not specify that they are located on private area where you need a key card or code. There was three separate white boys ( cause no men should carry themselves in the nature they did) they ignored me and than started saying things like “ they pay to be here and how I didn’t”, “ how much sense it makes to put in the gate for private marina customers/guess. Finally a lady came and let me in to get box, sense she was aware of on going situation with the Amazon hub being in gate and people of the public needing access to it to get...

Called Harborage looking for a spot in the first week of July. Spoke to David who was very courteous and helpful on the phone. He explained how the dry storage worked and I made plans to bring the boat to him that day. Arrived to meet Bryan that afternoon who got me in the water and all set up during a busy Friday right before 4th of July. Excellent!

After having the boat there for a week and already using the marina 3 times, I must say I'm very impressed with the facility, staff, and even the value they provide. Their rates were less than I was quoted at some of the other marinas which were booked by the time my boat was ready to get in the water.
