I donโt know what it is about this Wawa and rude, obnoxious employees, but if you like getting in and out of places without overstimulation, this is not your Wawa. Every single time Iโve ordered lunch or dinner here (which is not often, maybe once a month in a pinch), my order manages to get messed up. I donโt make a stink about it because Iโm not a Karen, but if Iโm paying extra for a pack of sour cream, why is it so hard to give it to me? Iโve lost at least $2 worth of sour cream packets in the last year. Employees are always being loud and rambunctious way too early in the morning. I am a bit more frequent with ordering breakfast here because thereโs usually not a lot of people and it should be quiet. I am neurodivergent and get overstimulated easier than most. So why at 5 in the morning are employees practically yelling and being loud with one another or with customers encouraging them to be loud too?!?! I finally asked for the woman working the food areaโs name because she was being loud with two customers and they started yelling because of her encouraging them to tell someone she should get a raise. Jaylen is LOUD. It is way too early in the morning for someone to be this obnoxious. It sounds mean but it is true, and itโs usually her serving me recently. I have had to deal with this every time she is here. It should not be a huge ask to have employees please lower their tone and not encourage other people to be loud too. I almost donโt even want to come back because of the overstimulation at 5, 6, 7 in the morning that shouldnโt even...
ย ย ย Read moreRarely do I need to vent - But what I experience there was nothing short of both dangerous and tragic. My daughter and I entered the place at 7:30 pm tonight - we were coming in for a chicken salad sandwich, three coffees and a medium cup of meatballs ( simple enough I though). We were greeted by all but 2 of the 10 coffee urns marked closed and coffee spills though-out area. Creamers were empty and the bins unchilled. As we ordered our food we saw two men enter without shirts and buy food. The line was over 20 deep with one moving to help with checkout. We ordered the food and checked out. As we were walking over to the counter to pick up a large man started screaming at the customers and waving his arms, eventually leaving the building a screaming at the people pumping gas. Throughout all of this the manager did nothing. As I waited I watched worker fill fry orders with bare hands, drop food to the floor and use it on a salad. We waited in line for 30 minutes when her chicken salad came- clumped in a ball with 1/2 the requested topping missing. I asked about the meatballs and they said they made announcement before I came in that they ran out. I asked why then did you sell me them - the manger said that it was my problem. Shame on them. Shame on WAWA for allowing this to happen. The manager should be immediately fired and the staff re-trained. This was dangerous, and shameful. The WAWA should be...
ย ย ย Read morePeople don't seem to appreciate these workers & only focus on the negative things. Never give credit for the good the majority of them do. I'd like to thank everyone there but a special thank you to ONYX & TAMMY who no matter what they have a good attitude & it shows by the way they greet you & make sure to ask " Is there anything else I can assist you with". It takes a lot to deal w/so many customers that go into this place as if they hated the world & aren't mindful of these workers that have to deal w/nasty attitudes just cause they are having a bad day. Let's be mindful of the good they do & if it wasn't for them who would be serving you. ๐ Keep up the good work. Love the way these workers represent themselves, The manager is a sweet heart. Always mindful of customer service. There is another Wawa that I won't mention their store # that don't behave professionally & don't care about the way they speak or treat you. Store # 5306 cudos to you . ๐ Keep up the good work. Thank you for your respect &...
