Club Rodeo Midway — Restaurant in Saint Robert

I"m a male crossdresser, who was visiting the area, and was reluctant to try this club, military area, and a country western club. I love to dance though, and contacted the club. I'm not sure of the tittle of the person who replied, but this was her response" I think you’d be just fine at our club! We have a regulars who are cross dressers. We welcome everyone and if anyone gives you issues, we’ll handle it. Can’t wait to meet you!" This sounded very welcoming, so I gave it a shot. While I did feel out of place, NO ONE gave me any trouble at all. I think if I had been much younger (I'm 62, certainly the oldest person in the room, probably double the second oldest customer's age) the other customers would have felt more at ease with me. At my age, I've learned what to expect as far as how people might react to my presence, and am not bothered by much, as long as I feel safe. I did feel very safe, I simply had a spot on the dance floor to myself, which has it's advantages. The funny thing was, that when I left, I had several people in the parking lot tell me, I was a good dancer, how pretty I was, etc, but inside, I had only one person talk to me. I attribute that to the younger crowd not wanting the other young people see them interact with me. Would I go again? Yes I would, I had fun, and felt safe. If I can give a lower review than negative 0 I would!! I have NEVER been kicked out of a lounge! Gave great tips... danced on the dance floor.... And one staff member (never gave me her name but had glasses) didn't explained anything but kicked me out, gave me attitude, kept calling me "sweetie" despite correcting her because of the age difference), never explained the reason for being escorted before being outside), the extra attitude, rolling the eyes, and ignoring/explaining the dynamics of the situation...I didn't even have time to explain the personnel I came in with was still inside to let them know what was happening... I went to club rodeo Midway. I'm from Texas. I was very disappointed all they played was line dancing songs and when they didn't play a line dancing song the country songs you could not dance to. All the country music songs were very very modern did not play into the old classics are any country song for two step triple step are Walt. I come to learn living in Missouri if you want to country dance two-step just forget about it. It just doesn't happen here. Everybody wants a line dance and that's it.The people here don't even know how to dance. Anything else. Club rodeo appease four or five line dancers who apparently live there every night.
