Nice suites at a very reasonable price and a staff that really knows how to deliver hospitality. All new construction and nicely decorated suites complete with a stocked kitchen and all the upgrades you would expect to find in a trendy downtown loft. The bathroom is spacious and has a lovely tiled shower area. Beds are comfortable, TVs have the latest technology, WIFI is fast and hastle-free, and the building is secure with dual layers of key card access. I made my reservations late, but they were still able to accommodate a special requeat for a 2nd floor unit. The desk clerk even helped me work through issues with getting my debit card to process. In an age where large chains dominate the market and customer service levels are marginal at best, it's encouraging to see new competition entering the market with a superior quality experience in luxury accommodations at an affordable price point. The restaurant and bar is a great place to meet other guests if you're looking for entertainment in the evening and there are lots if single and younger professionals on site because of their special arrangements with Ft. Leonard Wood. If you want luxury quality accommodations and a friendly community experience at a budget class price point, this is your place. I can't wait to...
Read moreBED BUGS! ROACHES!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I reported finding a water bug on my ceiling and the managment insinuated it could've come from my home. I have never seen a single water bug or roach until I came to this truck stop of a hotel. That was the least of my issues here. After dealing with appliances not working properly and having to beg them to replace it, finally three men reeking of cigarette smoke came to replace it and it took them over three hours. Finding a water bug in the room, which is understandable for having a public building, was off putting but accompanied with the bed bugs is unacceptable. Management refused to take responsibility for any of my complaints. They use the illusion of cheap IKEA furniture and a bar and grill to lure people here. There were people who were ripped off by the staff at the bar who "accidentally" charged too much for the tip. This privately owned hotel does not value its customers because of constant military clientele frequently utilizing their establishment. They will nickel and dime you to make up for the time when business is slow. Do not waste your money at this unprofessional business, there are plenty of well known hotel brands in the area that will respect...
Read moreI stayed here for three months and it was a fine hotel. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The shower is huge and amazing. It's incredible convenient to have a washer and dryer right there in the room! The kitchen is great although I wish it had a toaster. Because it's extended stay house keeping is only once a week and I wish it was a little more frequent. My only complaint with the room is that it is actually not that comfortable. It has hard floors thoughtout and no rugs or carpet. The chair is not great so the only place to really be comfortable is the bed. However it is an awesome bed. Be aware the restaurant gets pretty loud on Thursday and weekend nights. You can often hear it from your room and they go pretty late sometime. The restaurant itself it's that great. It was kind of experience and the food was always just ok. All in all though it's a very nice place to stay for an...
