Z Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Saint Robert

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. Extremely bad service and food. First, we were seated outside but were not told that it was karaoke night and were seated directly in front of were the highly intoxicated patrons were "singing". Not a huge deal as we just moved to a table inside since we wanted to be able to hear each other talk. However, the "wood fired" pizza was beyond inedible, first because of complete lack of flavor and ingredients and second the dough was still raw which was odd bc it took a very long time to get it. It was if they just opened a can of generic tomato sauce and dumped it on the dough and the tiny amount of cheese they used was not even melted thoroughly , and definitely not fresh so since we ordered a margherita pizza we were basically served tomato sauce on raw dough, no basil either as one would expect. I've had better frozen pizzas. The server and managers who saw we left after paying full price, way overpriced, for our bill never attempted or cared to ask if anything was wrong although one of the managers noticed and asked the server what didnt they like their pizza? Um yah, no. The pizza pictured on their signage is definitely not the pizza they serve. Would not recommend this place at all,...

Management never spoke with me. The 10% discount was only applied to my burger, not the entire bill, and I was never offered a free dessert. Very disappointed in my service here. In a group of 11, my burger was the only wrong item. I ordered the mushroom bacon burger without onions.

The burger came with onions. I pointed this out to the server and she took it back to the kitchen and had them removed... Brought the burger, with it's missing bite back to me. There were three small mushroom slices and no sauce when the burger arrived. So, not only was I not offered a new burger, but what I was given back wasn't even correct. Also, most places won't take the food back because of health code concerns... I mean, I bit into the burger and the person who changed the toppings then went and handled other people's food!

I was given my bill, but there was no price adjustment. I asked the server if she'd talk to management about it - something the customer should never have to do. She came back with 10% off my BURGER, not my bill. This is a disgrace and management should be ashamed. I'll not be returning, nor will I be recommending...

I just got into town for work and decided to check out Z Bar & Grill for dinner, and wow — what a find! I sat at the bar and was lucky enough to be taken care of by Tiffany, who was absolutely phenomenal. She had a fantastic personality, made me feel welcome right away, and gave great recommendations (the wings and pizza — both were incredible!). The crust on the pizza was that perfect middle ground between thin and traditional — delicious and filling.

What really blew me away was Tiffany’s service. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask — offered a to-go box suited to my hotel mini fridge, brought a microwave-safe bowl for the wings, threw in extra ranch, and even gave me silverware since my hotel room didn’t have any. I joked with her more than once about how anyone could ever complain about service here — she was that good. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful.
