Fairchild's Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Saint Thomas

We had the chance to stop at this location as part of our Disney Cruise Line Disney Fantasy port adventure aka excursion. The safari jeep to get there was nice and open aired which was great since it was so hot and not much AC. The driver was safe and did an excellent job getting us there and back. Once there the staff showed us what chairs were included and what we could purchase as upgrades. I do not have any prices to compare for the upgrades but felt they were quite pricey but the chairs and umbrellas that were included we just fine for the family. The staff working the bar were quite friendly and explained some of the local drinks and what their favorites were. Prices on the drinks were reasonable and the lines was never too long. The beach was amazing and the blue water was great for sea life and snorkeling. Wish we got to see more. The staff working the food section is where the review goes south. The prices were outrageous. Two fish tacos and plantains were over $30 which they add 15% gratuity to all the tickets no matter cash or credit card. We asked for some food to be prepared a certain way and were told no (minimal seasoning) even though it was possible they did not at all seem to be flexible or understand. isappointing Experience at Fairchild's Beach Bar & Grill

I recently visited Fairchild’s Beach Bar & Grill at Magens Bay, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable meal with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. While the location itself is stunning, the service was incredibly disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic hospitality skills. For a place that’s clearly popular with tourists, it’s disappointing that the customer service doesn’t match the setting. I hope the management takes the time to address the issues, as the potential is certainly there. But until then, I can’t recommend Fairchild’s Beach...

Me & bunch of my friends went to Magen’s bay . The place looked good until we went to get drinks . Waited for 20mins and was treated poorly. Mind you I’ve been here many times and just learned that it is under new management. I honestly miss the old owners and they always took care of the people . Honestly , I’ve learned that this island is all about money and don’t care about peoples experiences . They just want your money . #BringBackTheoldOwners. This is such a disgrace . This place will never be same without the old owners . These people have no idea how to run a business and it’s so sad too see this place going down hill ....
