I'm just not a morning person and no one should talk to me until I've had my first cup of coffee. Picasso's Coffee helps me to be a human being again and is the only coffee shop outside of McDonalds in tutu( don't go here unless you'd like attitude served up with your morning caffeine) that is open right now on the way to the east side of St. Thomas.
