Went there for Dinner at 9am on Sunday and the waitress Megan was very rude and not at all considerate. From my understanding, the establishment closes on Sundays at 2am. Upon entrance there were several people sitting at tables in the dining area, my friend and I didn’t want to sit at the bar and chose to sit at an available table. She instantly got an attitude after I guess her conversations with her patrons was interrupted to seat us. When my friend and I ordered our drinks she didn’t bring out his water he asked for with his beverage and got upset when he politely asked for it. We were rushed to order our food. While we were eating she constantly came up to our table while we were talking which was every 6 minutes asking if we were finished. We just got our meals. Instead of giving up napkins that were stacked at the booth where you enter to be seated, she handed us a paper towel roll that she used to clean tables with.. eventually he and I had enough and she came back again and asked if we were finished so she could wash her set of dishes!!! At that time we were offended and shocked at her service. She locked the doors at 9:45 and the establishment closed at 2 am. People were trying to enter and couldn’t mean while the very back area was full of people enjoying themselves. Our meal was $78.00 and my friend even left her a $30 tip. She didn’t deserve it at all but as he and I are both business owners and Im a nurse we will not be...

Now about the service... We went at lunch and when we got there, there were maybe 5 tables occupied. All but 2 left shortly after we got there. Our order was simple, no special request. When we got our order there was an item missing. Our waitress had to straighten up the tables after a group of 6 left. However, we finished our entire meal including appetizer before the waitress ever came back. Our drinks were empty half way through our meal and we were never asked if we wanted something else to drink until we were ready to pay. She asked if the checks were together or separate. They were together. She could not even get that correct. She brought 1 check which I had already given her a card to pay for. I assumed that was the only check since we plainly stated that the checks were together. We were walking out when she said you forgot your other check. I paid and explained to her that was the worst service we have ever received there. She didn't even try to apologize, just made an excuse that this was her first week there. I kindly told her that I hope she uses this as a learning experience and treats her other customers as they should be treated.
Awful Arthur's, your food is always on point and consistent. Please train your wait staff better. When I pay $100 for a bill, I...
Read moreThere’s parking available out back, as well as street parking out front. The restaurant has two entrances: the back entrance leads to the bar, which has pool tables and a classic small-town dive bar feel, while the front entrance takes you into the dining area, which is more family friendly. We accidentally walked in through the bar and had to make our way to the front. The restaurant itself is long and narrow, making it a great spot to watch sports. It’s casual, lively, and a bit loud, but still kid-friendly up front, with a dedicated kids’ menu and crayons available.
We didn’t have reservations, but since we were in the area for an event, we decided to walk in. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, we were seated within 10 minutes. The service was solid. Our server was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks refilled.
As for the food, I really enjoyed my tuna poke bowl. It was delicious and definitely something I’d return for. Next time, I’d love to explore more of the menu.
I’m giving this place 4 stars mainly because of the atmosphere. Walking through the bar side gave me the ick, it smelled like cigarettes, which wasn’t the best...
