Burger King — Restaurant in Salem

Single mom. Keep that in mind. I think they geared this place toward the old timers coffee clatch. Looks like they took out the play section and enclosed a room with a tv w CNN on. Thats ok. Bathroom newly remodeled cleaned and stocked. Vent did not reek anymore as someone mentioned last week. One room (not even sectioned off into stall and separate sink area.. so if u really gotta go or just want to wash hands before u eat, u may be waitin a while) for woman's bathroom. Im very disappointed in a national chain restaurant seconds off major highway that DOES NOT have a baby change table in the women's restroom. I get ticked when there's not one for the men's room. Don't they have a clue how many divorced parents there are in America and guys change diapers too now? Get with the times burger king! Also they had 2 coffee pots out on the counter. I had to pour my own coffee. That ok i guess, maybe preferable for some...just never seen done at a BK. Does that mean free refill like soda? If so, cool! Crisanwich was better than average of most bk but hash browns were only luke warm so therefore...

I'm pretty sure that this Burger King has some legendary superhuman employees. Everything about my experience in the drive-thru was perfect.

I placed my order on the BK APP. I pulled up to the drive thru. BK immediately recognized me after I gave them my order number. I pulled up to the window. One of the legends smiled with a professional and good attitude. He then told me to wait a few moments. I waited a few moments. After a few moments, another legend opened the window and smiled with a professional and good attitude. He handed me the right size bag for two whoppers, and thanked me. I thanked him, and we went our seperate ways. I turned onto the road and opened my bag. I was impressed that there were the right amount of napkins. I grabbed one of the Whoppers. It was wrapped perfectly in the wrapper. I unwrapped it. The Whopper was perfect. Bun, Veggies, Beef and Sauce were perfect. The second Whopper was exactly the same.

I've been to many BK's, and i've ordered every combo that BK has. I've never had a more perfect Drive Thru and...

If I could give zero stars I would. We were in town for a huge PKC event over a thousand of us. I go to burger King to eat at 11:19pm. The staff is outside having a cigarette break and completely got upset we pulled into the drive thru. Throwing their hands up shaking their heads and yanking the door open to fo inside. After ordering the attendant at the window was thoroughly upset when we wne to pay as though we were bothering him and he had to do his job.
