Horrible service. My wife and I went in for supper And we were met by a large group of people standing near the kiosk. One customer informed us that they would not take orders at the registers only at the kiosk. We tried to put our order in on the kiosk, but it would not take one of the items. I approached the counter and tried to get the attention of one of the two people standing there, and they both stood with their backs towards the customers. I asked, one of the customers who was waiting on their food if the staff was allowed to speak to us? So I gave it one more shot at the kiosk, and once again it did not work. I tried one more time at to get the attention of one of the people behind the counter, who are still just standing there leaning With no luck. So we decided if they don’t care if we are there it was time for us to leave and go eat somewhere else. Both of the people behind the register looked as though they would be managers or assistant managers. We understand the use of the kiosk , but if they are not working properly, there has to be some interaction with the staff. I wonder how many people like us just walked out. You could ask their management, but obviously they don’t know because they never turned around to see if anybody needed anything. No way to run...
Read moreI had ordered through the app two trios, spicy wrap, and cheesy tots. The app only pushed through the wrap and cheesy tots, so I made another order with two trios, and added a drink. I got to the window and my first order, the spicy wrap and cheesy tots, were not showing up. We confirmed location, had receipt AND bank payment pulled up, BUT THEY REFUSED ANY HELP. She did not budge, was rude, didn’t offer a solution, refused to see receipt/payment proof. Kept saying it was “protocol” (tho we literally GM fast food, there are ways around this to HELP a customer). It was absolutely more about their bottom line for the nights then helping a customer with a solution to get what they paid for. Best part? It’s going to take TWO DAYS to even hear from a rep to get a refund. Thankfully we are not hurting for cash now.. but we were once. 25 dollars would have meant we wouldn’t be eating that night and discouraged us from future “nice nights out” as we would call them.

Second, after paying an arm, a leg, and a left nut for the food, I did not get 4 items, and a double cheese burger ended up being a single hamburger. When I went back to the counter to let them know about the missing items, they were snobby and looked at me like I was lying. I was trying to tell her everything I was missing, and she said in a snobby ton, "Hold on." Third, I got a combo fry and onion ring and got 2 onion rings, seriously! Fourth, I had a hair on one of my onion rings! Fifth, the tables and playground are disgusting in the play area. It seems obvious the manager and owner of the establishment in Salem ohio do not care for the customers. You might as well sell the building to another business that this town can...
