Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

This Dunkin Donuts is consistently disregarding public health guidelines. There were multiple times I've seen employees not wearing and scooping ice with the iced coffee cups. Today was particularly disgusting. When my coffee was made incorrectly I told the employee who took it back, took off the lid that I had touched and placed it on the counter, and then proceeded to dump out half the coffee and add what she deemed necessary and hand it back to me. I explained to her this was an infection control issue but I don't think she understood me because she then started talking about.the straw. This guideline has been around for years (way before COVID) so this should not be an issue now, in the middle of a pandemic. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Your employees don't understand basic infection control IN A PANDEMIC and it's a direct reflection of management. Your staff and customers...

This is the worst dunks around. I live close so I go for convenience I order a LG iced regular they give me hazelnut on many occasions, they don't care about customer service they act like it's your fault they give the wrong coffee,the doors are always locked when you try to walk in, the man who I believe that owns the place screams at you through the intercom with attitude because he just wants you in and out(the guy in the little shorts) then proceeds to tell be its not his fault because there is only two people working and walks away saying things under his breath. He used some dirty cup to scoop ice out to place in someone's order. I was in the drive through line today. Got to the speaker no one said -we will be with you in a moment- nothing- waiting about 5 minutes-turned down my radio so I could hear. I got a phone call and my caller asked what I was doing and I jokingly said waiting in the Dunkin Donut drive thru not sure what is going on but no one has said anything they may have fallen asleep or need coffee- at that moment the Dunkin Donut it’s employee came on and said he would not serve me because I disrespected him. I was joking not being rude had been sitting there several minutes.
