Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Salem

Hi, I am a regular customer of Dutch Bros. During the time that I have been consuming their products, one of the things that caught me is their customer service. I am not a person who goes to a store to chat and make friends. I like to go to a store, order the product, pay, receive what I ordered, and get out of there as soon as possible. That, in my own way of seeing things, is the best service you can offer me. Back when Dutch Bros was a smaller company, it was more common to go and enjoy a faster service with only a few cars lining up at the drive-thru. However, I suppose that due to the popularity they have achieved, it is more common to find long lines of vehicles waiting to be served in most of their stores. I have visited almost all of their stores in the Salem area and I can see how they strive to offer the best service. This particular store, located in Portland RD, has been the fastest service in my experience. I can see how all of them do their best to get you back on the road as soon as possible. It is always good to see, even their manager, out in the parking lot taking orders. Their energy and enthusiasm is contagious. I hope they keep doing what they do best on spite of the evidently higher...

I am considering to move to Oregon just because I tried Dutch Bros' coffee on my first vacation to Portland Oregon. The people that works in this location are super happy, kind and friendly just like all people in Oregon. To be my first time trying Dutch bro's coffee I have to admit that the different drinks in the menu are very tasty and unique. It is hard for me to describe the great experience I had when I tried for the first time a "Cicker".

It was raining and cold and I needed a hot and creamy drink. I apologize that I don't remember the name of the girl that took our order but she was great. She took time to help us to get the right drinks. I enjoyed my first sip until the last one, hopping it would last forever. Unfortunately, we were driving back to San Jose, California where there are not Dutch Bros locations.

The smiles, the welcoming treat of all the people from Oregon and the coffee from "The Dutch bros" are making me wanting to move to Oregon. ...

As first-time Dutch broskies, me and the wife were treated to an amazing and unforgettable experience (3/29/25 @12noon). We were assisted by Ashlen (who was wonderful and just the kindest person, please give her all the Dutch Bros employee acknowledgement and a raise!) as well as the rest of the team to which drinks we should try. I myself am not a coffee-drinker but they told us of what other options they had and was even given a sampler to what the faint coffee in their freezes would taste like to help with my options. We eventually ordered the Birthday Cake and Brownie batter drinks which were delightful. What was amazing however is Ashlen and the team treating us first-timers to some awesome Dutch Bros goodies to cap off an already spectacular ordering experience! Despite them being slammed and busy, they still took time to make that day...
