I gave my order clearly and emphatically. It was late so I went through the drive through. Nobody was anywhere but me. I SPECIFICALLY requested no mayonnaise. I find it completely disgusting and will not eat it. I guess I could have driven out into the parking lot and unwrapped my sandwich and inspected it in the dark, maybe seen the mayo, maybe not, and dealt with whatever I found but I've always had good service from Subway. Anyway I drove home and unwrapped my sandwich. It was the type 'make your own'. Right away I could tell something was wrong. It had lettuce, not spinach. Ok, not my favorite but edible. I continued searching and found the ingredients I had asked for. And throughout the entire sandwich was a slimy, watery white sauce. I've been served mayo by accident. I take a napkin and wipe it off the bun or bread and try to deal with it. This sauce was in ALL the layers and had made the bread soggy. It smelled disgusting and looked even worse. I could have driven back to the Subway (right, at the price of gas and the fact that it was around 2am. I don't think so!) but I didn't. Why should I have to? I paid good money and they were not busy. There was NO reason my sandwich should have been drowned in watery mayo. I don't know if it was because it was the drive through, it was late, or that Subway sucks, but I will never go there again. I ran it down my garbage disposal and will continue telling everyone I know about this disgusting experience. I normally would understand that accidents happen but really there was NO reason for this. I may quit Subway permanently. Really the worst drive through experience I've ever had. If this is the way that Subway conducts it's business, you'll be looking at a law suit. I just don't like mayo. When are they going to give someone something they're allergic to? Just something to...
Read moreI went to this place 7/5/22 around 4:30pm in hopes that a supervisor sees this review, and fires the girl working at the register (Young chick purple ). Anyway I wanted the garlic chicken and bacon sandwich but then the girl working the register mentioned that there was no chicken. She prompted me to other choices of meat and I was fine with turkey. I had to remind the girl that the sandwich came with bacon since she forgot. She informed me that I would have to pay extra for the bacon since the sandwich is with turkey instead of chicken. I was puzzled by the lack of accountability and customer service. I didn’t agree with this. When I expressed to the girl why I am Choosing to have a different sandwich instead she started yelling at me. I told her that it’s my choice if I don’t want to pay for bacon. I also told her that I felt this policy was anti customer service so I refused to pay for the bacon. I had to tell her there was no reason to get loud. Unfortunately, the fellow coworker overheard the whole thing and did nothing to rectify the situation. I felt like her coworker barked thank you for coming instead of making it sound like a warm farewell. This didn’t in any way make me want to come back. The only reason I ate there is because my kids and I where hungry. I try to avoid places in Salem altogether because people get rude and things get sticky. I hope they can hire people that are a little bit more polite that can at least apologize after...
Read moreI am a health care worker and I don't have much time for my lunch so I ordered on the app ahead of time, I waited for 15min before someone would even speak to me. I finally told the that I had an online order and that I was on lunch. The worker told "well as you can see, im busy with these guys" talking about the walk in customes and told me "I don't know what to tell you" then about 5 min later he went to go ask another worker if he did my order. Turns out no one even seen order so they had to start working on it there. Even though I ordered ahead 30 min prior to me going there! It would have been just fine if they just told me that he got really slammed and that he's sorry and he would start working on my order now but no instead he tells me that he doesn't know what to tell me because he's busy working on the people who just walked in 2 minutes ago as I have been in the lobby standing in front of the express checkout cash register and still nobody would approach me. But he had the time to help five other customers before I finally said something. Dude needs to realize that telling customers that their time doesn't matter is so frustrating to people Now I only get 5 minutes to eat my sandwich and then I have to go back to work at the hospital...
