Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Salem

Yesterday was a nightmare. I work at the BK right down the street and I constantly have my employees come to Dutch Bros and order drinks for our entire crew. Usually every single order has been right but this time I am beyond upset at the lack of customer service. One of my coworkers ordered 6 drinks that was provided a well written clean list of which drink was which, blended or not etc. When she returned we found that out of the 6 drinks 4 were made completely incorrectly! So I decided to go out myself since it was me that paid for them to confront the issue and hopefully get a refund or a replacement. I received NEITHER. My drinks did get remade but they charged me for them. When I explained that I work right down the road and have employees come to this Dutch Bros frequently, they didn’t seem to care. The first order was charged $30.93. This time around it was only given 50% off for a total of $13. They would not cancel my last order as I did not bring the incorrect drinks, if I had known that I would have gladly brought the drinks. Absolutely appalling customer service for Dutch Bros of all people! I got charged $43.93 total and 4 of those drinks were tossed and since the incorrect ones were rebels and teas approximately $15 was wasted. I would like to speak to a manager or I will contact the corporate number. It shouldn’t have been wrong the first time around. And I should’ve received a refund on my first order at least on the drinks that were wrong. Great customer service . Great attitude. Great Dutch . Great employees . Great . This is the only thing I have to say about this dutch . Went to all the Dutch to review customer service in Salem this dutch Customer service was way better than the one down town which does not have good customer service and also to add the downtown one as the manager said only "accepts" birth certificates as prove for your birthday. Do not go there on your birthday if you are a teenager or kids or even adults only go there on your birthday if you have a birth certificate because I don't want people to waste time walking there and get a bad expirence They do not "accept" any social media account proves or anything on your phone like student vue. Well I mean the manager don't accept that and the Dutch down town makes you feel unwelcome just bad attitudes no smiles just rude I feel like they would one give you Dutch and good customer service if you paid on you birthday for a Dutch 😂. Thanks for this dutch though for giving me a great experience on 3794 commercial street ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Def would come back makes me feel very welcomed and never go to the downtown...

I don’t ever leave bad reviews I honestly don’t normally care. But I’m super disappointed I went here tonight with my little sister for her birthday. She was so excited. Pulled up behind the only customer that was there. Both employees working were hanging out the window talking with him. Waited for at least two minutes. And one of the employees made a motion to the guy and he pulled forward only to pull right back around me. I get up to the window and as I try to ask the barista working how she is. All she says is what can I get you? I go on to tell her it’s my little sisters birthday and order her drink. The barista wishes my little sister a happy birthday but that is it.
