Honestly in terms of New Hampshire I'd rate this like a 4.5 if I could. Top 10 pizza in the state. The visual presentation is top in NH easily. It looks amazing, but as my 8 year old said, "It looks better then it tastes". It honestly tasted a little bland. It didn't have that flavor punch you would expect after looking at it. Also it was $30 for a 2 topping 16 inch garlic knot pie, which is honestly outrageously high imo. Especially when you can get a 2 topping larger pie from Pizza By Roccos in manch for like $22 (and imo that is the best pizza in the state of NH in terms of taste). This is still good though, (we're just picky and spoiled by NY/NJ pizza)! The chicken tenders were crunchy, but again a little bland. Looked/tasted like an oatmeal mix was used. The onion rings were a little soggy (BUT they were in a container for about 8-10 mins so that might be part if it!). We were just hoping for more crunch to them but everything else about them were solid. That is nitpicking though. This is still easily a 4 star place, just if you are ranking best in state it's around a 4/5. And the prices are real, real high which opens it up to people nitpicking a bit, as for a $30 pie people are gonna expect it to be the best of the best. Still worth a try/experience if you are in Salem.

This place has great pizza when it is made correctly. We often order from here and always get the same pizza, and we always pay extra for double chicken (+$3). Sometimes we get double chicken and the pizza is so tasty! But often we just get charged for double chicken and only get the standard chicken amount. Tonight we ordered our usual pizza with double chicken, and when we looked at the pizza there was barely any chicken on it at all. For the first time ever we brought the pizza back hoping we could get the extra chicken added on top. The manager opened the pizza and said 'oh I see a piece of chicken, right there'. We said we had ordered double chicken and she asked for our receipt. We showed her the receipt that showed the extra chicken charge. She turned and asked an employee who was making the pizza if she had put chicken on it, and the employee responded they had. The manager told us it must be 'hidden under the cheese' and brushed us off. We ate the pizza when we got home, and can confirm there was no 'hidden chicken' beneath the cheese. The pictures attached show the difference between what our normal double chicken pizzas look like, and tonight's mostly chickenless pizza we received tonight.

I have had pizza at this place before and I found it to be too expensive in comparison to others around the area. ( I would understand if this was some sort of gourmet pizza but it is far from it) .... pizza was on the dry side. They charge too much for toppings also. I like the setup, it's pretty nice when you combine a bar with fast food cooking combined. The chicken they use that they put in your subs I found to be very hard to chew on.... it's almost as if the chicken was pre Frozen and then Cooked. Another person I know only orders hamburgers there because the hamburger meat seems to be good. Would I go there to eat their food on a regular basis? Probably not.IPDATE, TRIED A SECOND VISIT: pizza ALL BLACK, BURNT on back of pizza! This is the oven itself charcoal residue on the back of the pizza makes me question how healthy this is to the human body??? No other pizza place I've been to leaves this burnt charcoal Dusty taste in your mouth after made a mess with my mother's hand she said, she said it was as if she handled charcoal!! What a mess! $25 large pizza should not appear this way! Gross! CLEAN YOUR PIZZA OVENI won't be back!! CAN I GETMY MONEY BACK...,?????

We stopped in this evening to get dinner with some friends and our kids (6 adults and 4 children). Seating was tight but we were able to get a table. It was exceptionally busy but we expected that for a Friday night.

We went up to order and out of the 3 families, I ordered first for my family; a medium bacon ranch pizza, onion ring/fries basket and a kids chicken tender meal and (2) soft drinks. Total came to about $48 with tax. The two other families we were with ordered right after me.

Everyone’s food was delivered within 25-30 min except ours. Several of the food runners/workers just kept telling us it would come out and it never did. At one point, one of the staff members was walking around with a kids chicken finger basket for a few minutes and when I suggested it may be ours she said it wasn’t. She came back with just a chicken finger plate (no fries). More and more tables began to be served who were seated after my friends received their orders. After inquiring with the food runners 2-3 times, we were told it’d be out soon.

After about 25-30 more minutes, the rest of the families with us were done eating and the kids were restless. I brought my toddler with me up to the front to speak to a manager and he looked up at me and said “I know you have your hands full but please wait we’re busy…”

I waited. I then started to explain what we were waiting for and that we had been waiting a while and he interrupted me and said WE’RE BUSY. And walked away. I would’ve requested in that moment for our money back and left, but I never got a receipt nor did he give me the chance to ask or even get his name. I had a hungry toddler and our entire party was sitting waiting for my family to receive our food. I’m pretty sure they lost our slip, but there was no accountability and we just kept being told to wait.

The manager’s ONLY saving grace was his employee, Connor. While I was basically on the verge of tears, he gave me his full attention and did all that he could within his power to help me. Once our pizza finally came out (approximately 45 minutes after everyone else’s meal), it was really good. Between Connor and the food, it’s the only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars.

I understand busy evenings, but I cant excuse a manager walking away and treating a patron with such disrespect. We won’t...

Just not the same place.

Pizza had a wet center that stuck to the takeout box so bad that we threw it away. The "undercarriage" is now soft and flavorless, used to be good. Crust was soft and chewy, the Pizza toppings are different, for example the sliced tomato was cubed and appeared to be out of a can, the onions used to to be fresh onions sliced thin, now they are from a food processor, small flavorless chunks, and the toppings are really skimpy now. Nothing "blends," this isn't pizza anymore it is a cheep flavorless dough, chewy cheese, with stuff stuck on top,..... do you know what I mean when I say pizza should be something that blends? Everything should work together,...this is ECCH, like individual parts, nothing works,...... Huge disappointment, wont be back. We asked had something changed and they said "new Ovens, out back." Floor at the pick up counter was sticky, to the point it suggested no one cleans,....to be fair, the area is right in front of a self service soda dispenser,...but a number of people commented that the "stickiness" was all over the place and no one did anything?

ONE: this shouldn't have happened in the first place. TWO: Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility, and as any one who has run a restaurant knows needs to be addressed immediately, no excuses.

Three: This has happened more than once.

FOUR: New owners? New mass production equipment?

FIVE: no Facebook, no email, no coupons,.....Bye, WONT BE BACK.

SIX: NO OUR JOB TO CHECK IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE COOKED OR NOT, NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, DON'T BLAME YOU CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR MISTAKES!

SEVEN: YOUR TOPPINGS HAVE CHANGED, Please address the comments instead of misdirection and...
