I came into You’re an establishment last night at around 4:00 PM. I had never been here before and always wanted to come by and taste the food. I am a previous Uber Driver and discovered you while doing business for you delivering your orders. I always came into the Mornings and the staff was very friendly. Yesterday Evening there were 2 Ladies one taking orders was thin build. It took Me a minute to order and figure out what I wanted. This Hispanic Lady seemed a little irritated taking My order and was rushing Me along. I told her I had never ordered anything before and this was my first time coming in as a customer. She took the order and then proceeded to tell Me snappy that I needed to turn my debit card facing down to make a payment. Never once asked if I was dining in or taking the order to go. Meanwhile I am over at the lobby cart gathering sauces to take with Me. I noticed they were not all full and the guacamole sauce was what I was after. She said, “ok, I will be out there to check it out.” “What do you need?” I told her which sauce. She said, I will replace that the rest are ok! I asked if they had any tops for the sauce containers. She said rudely NO! These are for dine in customers ONLY we have sauces behind the counter. I said, “oh ok great,” because I didn’t know that. Then a little Asian Lady comes from the kitchen and calls my name and brought the food to the table where I was standing. I asked her if they had TO GO containers and she said yes. I said can I get a couple. She said, “Sit down right here and eat your food 1st and then if you need one I can get them. I said, “I need them. She walked away and went to the register to ring up more orders. I got up and stood behind the line. The other Lady comes to the desk and I get the containers from her. I asked for sauces to take. She pointed to the list when I asked what kind they had. Then she handed them to Me and I left. The food taste good but I won’t be back because the Customer Service was horrible. They are not hospitable at all and act like you are a bother to them while taking your money and collecting tips. Building looks amazing but the service is not friendly. I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreI've been coming here since 2015 (when it was still Muchas Gracias) averaging about once a week and it's been one of my favorite restaurants. I came tonight with my boyfriend, all the food was great except one thing: the beans. They were the blandest thing I've ever tasted. (And yes, I know I do not have COVID.) I called back as soon as I tried them and spoke to the woman who served me. I told her that the beans basically tasted like water (I really cannot overstate how bland they were). There was like a faint bean taste and nothing else, it's not like they were spoiled, just completely unseasoned. She told me that that's how the beans always are and that's how they are when she makes them at home, like I've never had refried beans before (ironically, I am also Hispanic). I told her to just please try them. She said she would and then hung up. So my experience this time was bad and I'm leaving the bad review because I just really hope someone fixes the beans, if nothing else. I'm by no means going to stop coming here, but I need to be sure that they fix the beans. If it gets better, I'll gladly update the review, but serving beans like this to...
Read moreI don't know who has taken over this establishment, but they can't seem to get orders accurate and their food is off. I've been to this place many times in the past and it had been much better. Last 3 times I've been here, albeit over a year and a half period, they've gotten the order way messed up and I've gotten explosive IB. This last time I ordered a Chile Verde burrito a Chile Colorado burrito, no beans, and loaded tots. What I got was a Chile rejeno burrito and a plain pork ND rice burrito, exactly 8 cubes of plain pork. The loaded tots are advertised as having sour cream. This had an overabundance of crema, which if you know food, is entirely different. I would have not ordered it. Their motto starts, "Our food is a labor of love..." there is a thin line between love and hate and advertising vegetarian "dishes", is a lie. Never again Habeneros. Bring back Muchas Gracias! Avoid this place as a dine in spot. Their seating area is mall court style with anxiety inducing 5000k flourescent bulbs. The floor is gross ND the salsa station was gross...
