KFC — Restaurant in Salem

The employees were rude, out loud complaining. Once our order was taken we stood there behind a group of 3 ladies who had said they had been waiting for their food for 27 mins. As we stood there and waited a man came in and was ignored at the resister for 10 minutes. The employees were saying “omg” and putting their hands on the counter and putting their heads down, rolling their eyes. Finally we just walked out without our food. When we left the ladies were still waiting for their order, the guy had still not been greeted our waiting on and another women was in line behind him. We are very patient and under stand people get busy however this was ridiculous! Complaining moseying around employees who completely ignore customers! And long wait times for no reason at a fast food restaurant at 3 pm. We waited for over 25 mins and in the end couldn’t tolerate the employees...

If I could give 0 stars for the service tonight arrived at the location around after 8 pm and pulled in and when we got out of the vechicle I noticed how icy the drive way was like man I felt that they don’t care if someone falls outside (but I get it’s cold outside) then had a girl put her head the drive thru window and say our lobby is closed. Where was the signs saying that the lobby was close, guess what no where not the building nor the street sign and the website too. It’s messed up that no signs were up saying the the lobby was closed.

What about the rats the run around the restaurant guys? Do you even care no you don’t, because no salt in the drive way at all icy as a mess and no signs and how moldy it is it in there.

How about the two managers that like to treat a worker like crap and calling this person stupid. Where is the professional...

We stopped here on a long trip home, so it was a little later, like 9:45. They were out of most of the things that we wanted and wouldn't make more. For example, I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich and someone in front of us ordered tenders and she replaced my filet with 2 tenders on the sandwich. My daughter got two chicken legs and there was barely any meat on there. We wanted extra crispy and they only had original. They said they were out of biscuits, so we asked what they would replace it with and she said a small side. So, we asked for another coleslaw. We waited until the chicken tenders were done (about 7 mins) and she brought our food out and said they "found" a biscuit. Like, where?? Lol We usually love KFC, but lately, it's been pretty bad with being out of products. I think we'll be headed elsewhere...
