Our family has supported Main Street Pizza from the time we moved here nearly two years ago. We are big proponents of supporting local business. I sincerely wish I didn't feel my only option was writing a poor review. I called Main Street Pizza today to ask for the owners email so I could write them personally. I was 100% positive they would not be pleased with their management of the pizzas going out. The manager working when I got my pizza today at 3:30pm (2/25/22) said that they didn't have the owners email or phone number or any contact information and they said I couldn't meet them in person because when the owner comes is sporadic. Okay. Next line of help: I tried communicating with the manager why I wanted to support them as a local business and why I was disappointed in 90% of our orders with them. We have a very simple order. He challenged every one of my issues with excuses. Here is my request: one cheese pizza and one crispy bacon & pepperoni pizza. One gluten free cheese pizza. Cook them well done. If the toppings are sparse, I want extra toppings and I'm great paying for that. That's it. That's the order. We are a potential $50-$60 a week customer. Not much, but we buy pizza every Friday. Each time I order from Main Street I ask for our pizza to be left in the oven until it's well done. I have yet to get that request fulfilled. The manager told me cooking well done pizza isn't always possible since they might be busy and need to get the pizzas out. That's not a problem for Two Jacks pizza down the road...additionally, I placed my order at 3:30pm at a low traffic time of day. At the time we picked our pizza up today, we were the only pizza being prepared. Also, Main Street Pizza goes very light on the amount of toppings they give. That's fine I can work around that by ordering extra of everything. Today I ordered "extra sauce, extra cheese, and extra toppings". As fate would have it, yet again, not only did they leave out one of the toppings (crispy bacon), from the photo below you can see they put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese which leaves the pepperoni soggy and uncooked. Our family joked that we should require one of the staff to eat one slice of their pizza and see if they can stomach what they made. Additionally the pizza crust is soggy on the bottom (not well done). Lastly, the metal pizza tray it was cooked on was not removed but placed in the pizza box. I really want to support local! I want our business owners to know we want them to stay! Sadly, I can't continue to throw away money so I'm taking my business to Two Jacks down the road. I really hope this review initiates a conversation with someone who can change things so I can remove it and not have to leave it up. I don't want local businesses to lose customers. The photos below is the crispy bacon & pepperoni pizza. Though you can't see the pepperoni under the cheese or the crispy bacon (not included), you get the gist.

Always picked up my food. It always tastes great and looks beautiful. They have great salads and gluton free pizza. I had it delivered. I called to say my pizza was edible but was very scrambled, they said the delivery guy was a new guy, he was very nice and sweet when he delivered. I had already paid a five dollar tip when paying on the phone for the pizza. My pizza looked like this though. They offered to make another but i had already waited for an hour due to ordering at 7pm. I suggested not dropping the pizza or making a stable ride. I suggest also to maybe take my name and when I come in again giving me a discount. I couldnt serve this. I hope they resolve things differently shdn this comes up again.

I have been here before and had great pizza and salads. Im a huge fan of the gluton free pizza. The service was always okay. The price was great. I phoned in an order for delivery. I got a gluton free pizza and a salad, I added a 5 dollar tip.. I called at 730 and they said it would be an hour. An hour later a nice young man delivered my food. When i opened it. The pizza was scrambled and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I could eat it, but i wouldnt serve it to a person. I called and they said the guy was new and theyd make me a new one. I declined to wait another hour. It wouldve been more helpful if I couldve had an instore credit for the tip or the pizza and the tip.

We live in Payson, super excited and willing to wait for the long delivery times. First time ordering no problem. Second time I get, "we don't deliver to Payson." This was told to me from the delivery driver. Third time no issues just long delivery times again 2+ hours. Tonight again long wait time no big deal. Paid with debit card and it was repeated back. I called after nothing 3 hours later. The squeaky young man delivery driver said my card was invalid so my order was canceled after they called me. I received no phone calls. Here or there, I am assuming when you place an order for Payson they say longer delivery time to discourage your ordering. I mention Payson, get placed on hold then told its going to be 2+ hours wait time. I also find it crazy the delivery driver calls the shots. Also, I tip very well for the trip to Payson. Sqeaky delivery driver needs customer service...

Very disappointed. I’d avoid if you want decent pizza. This is the third time in three weeks we have ordered from here. The first time we were given the wrong pizza (mushrooms instead of pineapple). My wife just had a baby and I had hungry kids. I elected to pull of the mushrooms instead of wait another hour to get a pizza. The second pizza was okay. Someone else ordered for us. Today, they took 30 minutes longer than promised (1 hour instead of 25 minutes as stated on the phone) to get the pizza ready. We waited 30 minutes in the store since we expected it ready after the first 30. We finally get it and bring it home. Kids are extra hungry again. Open the box and the pizza looks super greasy. But it’s pizza, so whatever. I take a bite and guess what? The pizza isn’t even cooked through! Probably 1/2 the crust is doughy still. Are you kidding me? I can’t eat a half raw pizza. What a...
