Sadly I was so disappointed that I decided not to eat at this place. I was having system issues while ordering on the app and when I asked for assistance, the young lady up front called the manager on duty and she said she couldn’t help me. I asked her if they had a WiFi password and she said no. I asked her if she could honor the discount from the app in store and she said their system doesn’t have the buttons to mark down the prices. I got irritated for two particular reasons. First, the so called manager has no people skills. She wouldn’t focus on what I was saying. She would just continue do whatever it is she was doing. That to me is so disrespectful. As representative dealing with a customer, you’ve got to listen to the customer’s concerns. She did none of that. Read moreI went inside today for the first time and they were extremely slow. For the lunch hour no less. I was never greeted, didn't even receive as much as a glance. I stood by the front for ten minutes waiting to ask for an job application. I'm not going to step in front of a customer paying for a sandwich, but you can at least acknowledge that you have someone there and not looking down the entire time while working and as slow as possible. I wanted to try to work here? Definitely not at this location if all the employees are like this. This doesn't even deserve one star. Very disappointed. And I also noticed while waiting how a couple customer's sandwiches were sticking out of the top of the paper wrapping for them to pay for. If you're going to work that slow, you are at the very least capable of being neat. No excuse to be sloppy. A Subway employee's title is a sandwich...
Read moreHorrid. Absolutely horrid. The bread is always burnt on one side and much to doughy on the other, or they are simply out of bread in general. The tomatoes are always green. The bacon is flat-out gross. Their lettuce is very fake. And the service is the worst part. The employee named Jordan, who is apparently the manager, sucks at her job, and really needs to step it up. I am pretty damn sure she is mentally retarded. She is much too focused on being overly nice that it turns condescending and annoying, and doesn't make me want to be around her much at all. She is also quite snappy with her employees that seemingly do nothing wrong. To those of you reading this, please do not go to the Subway in Salem, Utah unless you want to get food poisoning and an extremely negative atmosphere. I definitely plan on calling a health inspector to see about shutting this place down...
